Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. I pay $75 a year for a product I use once a quarter, and now you want to limit where I edit at. Nope, cancelled. There are too many free apps out there. And even Apple is adding all these features over time, if "Security" was the reason to not use free apps. Bye

  7. I used to live in russia. That was, thankfully, a long time ago. Since then I became an Irish citizen and live in Ireland. I wanted to use the Adobe service but the website shows me it cannot process a request for a free trial as if I'm still in russia. that would be tragic. Please consider giving users an option if they are not in the sanctioned countries. I donate money to Ukraine. Probably I registered an Adobe account a long time ago when I used to live there (>10 years ago).

  8. Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

  11. Ik snap dat jullie wat willen verdienen, maar jullie bieden geen abonnement aan dat ook maar in de buurt komt van wat ik nodig heb. Ik heb precies 1x per maand de functionaliteit nodig om een paar PDF documenten samen te voegen en daarvoor betaal ik natuurlijk geen 18 euro per maand.

  13. I'm sick of paying a subscription service. When you will sell me a product that I can buy and be done with then I'll come back. But I'm certainly not getting my money's worth at $15/month or $19 or whatever it was that you were charging me.

  15. Exporting a file is extremely difficult requiring multiple steps through the Adobe program, Microsoft Edge, and eventually finding the website where my account is located. Just found out I can't edit a PDF file? I only paid to export files. Do I pay, don't pay, what did I pay for, I have no idea. My next effort is finding where I cancel my subscription. If I purchase something I want it. I don't want to look for it or find out I'm not getting what I thought I was getting.

  18. I cannot view my profile, I just get a blank page. I signed up for a free trial, and none of that seems to work. I still have "try for free" all over the place and I can't access any of the acrobat tools. Adobe is supposed to be top tier, and this feels like a half done college project. Your checkout screen works great though!

  19. ich habe jetzt das pro abo abgeschlossen und trotzdem lässt er mich die funktionen nicht verwenden. nach gefühlten 100mal ein und ausloggen - fragt er immer noch nach dem Abo - ernsthaft?!?!?
