For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title

  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    You cannot advertise a free service if that is ONLY available as part of a premium package. Thanks for wasting my time.

    You are not a free way to convert a PDF to dox. Because that is only available as a PAID product. EG not free.

  4. Your conversion services were not free as advertised. I could only convert 3 pdfs to jpgs before you just kept trying to get me to subscribe

    Quit saying you will convert pdfs to jpgs for free when you don't. I had 4 pdfs that needed to be jpgs, and you only let me do 3 until you just kept trying to get me on the free trial which I don't want. you have such ******** subscription prices. Why can't you have a fee for just pages?

  7. Awful customer and product service

    Adobe product service and customer service are worse than awful.
    Enterprise university account with verified Adobe Acrobat Export pdf feature failed to activate. Kept asking me to sign up.
    Spent 30 mins chatting with customer support. 2 of them left in the middle of a conversation. at this point i am wondering how to give you a negative star rating. Horrid and Awful doesnt even begin to describe your customer service

  8. Nothing works

    I can not find a single way to send a simple PDF that's not a link. It's makes no sense.
    Oh and your site decided to change to French when it requested I change location. So I selected Canada - English several more times after finding out, in French, where. that option was. And I took a video as it wouldn't change back no matter how many times I selected English.

    Sehr schlechtes Produkt.
    Ich kann meine Dokumenten nicht aus der Cloud lokal speichern. Das Symbol "Datei" fählt gänzlich.

    Estou com problemas para converter um arquivo PDF que esta em formato A1 para TIF usando o programa Adobe Acrobat o qual tenho licença , após a conversão o arquivo TIF fica pequeno não obedecendo o formato A1, como corrigir este problema ?

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

  19. Wo exportiere ich in der Cloud eine PDF als PDF auf meinen Rechner?

    Hallo ich bin neu hier. Wieso kann ich eine PDF Datei in Acrobatreader in der Cloud gespeichert nicht als PDF herunterladen? Jedenfalls finde ich dieses Option nicht sondern kann nur den Link teilen, die pdf selber aber nicht. Das hilft mir gar nicht weiter.... Freue mich sehr über eine Rückmeldung Danke

  20. karmaşık dokümanların çevriminde hata

    ekli dosyayı word dokümanına çevirmek için online dönüştürücünüzü satın aldım. Fakat dönüştürme işlemini yapamadı. Karma doküman/farklı karakterli dokümanların çevrilmesinde sorun yaşadım. Aslında ürünü satın almama rağmen işime pek yaramadı. Bilginiz olsun.
