For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Organize pages continuous error

    Tried 6 times to organize a document - inserting pages, deleting pages, rotating. And each time the software could not save the document. Why?

  3. New Adobe is awful

    Recent docs will not load, will not allow me to edit PDFs by removing pages which has never been an issue before, they are my PDF's. Hate the web app, I want my old Adobe Pro back!

  4. Request "Invert Page Order" feature

    I would like an option to invert the order of pages for an entire document with a single action, i.e., in a 20 page document I could click on one thing to make page 1 become page 20, page 2 becomes page 19, page 3 becomes page 18, and so on. The only way I see to do this currently is to drag and drop every single page with the "Reorder" feature.

  5. Can't rotate pages for free anymore

    I used to be able to rotate and save pages of a PDF for free here. Now it forwards me to another page and I have to pay £20 a month to do it. This is ridiculous for such a basic feature.

    I have one comment on the first page, I preferred to be less with words, or
    What I preferred the best is to create a cover page and keep this first page as is.
    Plus, the cover page should be the same from front and back.

  8. Garbage webservice

    No matter what I do no document will open there is something wrong with this program being used with a chromebook. This is the only way I can prepare documents for my volunteer work and I pay a monthly subscription that is inoperable.

  9. FIx the error- extracting pages lock up

    I keep getting the same error when trying to extract pages or if I view my PDF too long- large white box that locks up my entire system

    Доброго вечора, якого дідька в мене москальська мова замість англійської? Це знущання за мої гроші? Як мінімум - не повага до користувача. Я вимагаю українську мову в інтерфейсі вашого сайту.

  12. Je ne veux pas aller sur le web pour modifier mes pdf

    J'aimerais profiter de tous les outils disponibles sur la version web mais sur ma version téléchargé. Pourquoi je ne peux pas réorganiser des pages ou bien supprimer / extraire des pages sur la version téléchargé?? Je trouve cela bien embêtant.

  14. Acrobat Web has ALOT of room for improvement

    Was editing a file - organizing pages, inserting pages, highlighting etc... normal stuff. 99 percent done with an 80 page pdf... and now? nothing, can't edit, can't download, can't even highlight? ... if this is the best pdf editor around, there's ALOT of room for improvement.

    The option to create folders within the "templates" section would be great. I have a lot of templates and being able to organize them into corresponding folders would be easier.

  16. Add Black Page to PDF document using Organize Pages Tool

    In the Organize Pages tool, one should be able to add blank pages, onto which they can then add images or text. Right now it asks you to add a file, but this is exactly what Combine File tool already does.

  19. I demand money back or suort for you **** software

    AWFUL PROGRAM

    I cannot split a large pdf
    it says it will split but does nothing

    I dont like your difficulty of copying files and your greed on mak9ing people pauy a LOT of money for **** software - this is really bad

  20. Horrible interfaced. Unworkable and had to go back a version as the new and improved is basically non functional

    I recently got a new computer and "upgraded" to Adobe Acrobat. I had to disable the "new and improved" version because it is basically unworkable. I have never had an upgraded product that was this bad before. You need to seriously rethink what you have done, and fire the entire team that worked on this new product. It is awful......
