   Use Trusted Contacts to recover your Facebook account
   One of the best ways to get your Facebook account back is with a little help from your friends. Facebook calls this option Trusted Contacts, but it only works if you still have some access to your profile. You'll need to list some friends as trusted contacts for the next time you get blocked. They can then help you get back in. These are the steps to follow:

   1. Navigate to the Settings menu in the top right corner of your Facebook page.

   2. Open the Security & Login tab and scroll down to Configure additional security options.

   3. Select Choose 3-5 friends to contact if you get disconnected.

   4. As the name suggests, you can now choose some users from your friends list to receive instructions in case you get blocked.

   5. You can now proceed through the forgot password options until you are prompted for an email or phone number. You can choose to no longer have access to these, and instead enter the name of a trusted contact.

   6. From there, both you and your trusted contact will receive instructions on how to recover your Facebook account.

8. for right to left languages, converting/exporting PDF to RTF wrongly mirrors letter order

   It does not work at all with Right to Left languages, mirroring the order of the letters so outputting rubbish. Completely broken or useless. Needs an urgent fix.

12. At least 2 documents, one in July and other in December that Adobe told me was signed and it wasn't.ecember where Adobe

    There have been more than one document that said was esigned and sent back to me but the document shows it was not signed and this happened yesterday as well as in July 2022, so this is an ongoing issue.

13. No Customer Sympathy

    Given the recent increases in the Cost of Living in Australia and the fact that I am on a pension and cannot increase my income being charged an early exit fee hurts and show that you have no sympathy for your customers, I will think twice about recommending your product to anyone.

    Allow default setting to be adjusted:
    which view (e.g. page display, scrolling), share preferences, printing preferences, edit pdf font. If you can pre-set what you prefer then you don't have to make those changes each and every time you open/use a document.

18. Disconnected multiple times

    have people that are willing to help, I was disconnected on 4 times, had to keep starting a new conversation and restart the process and at the end nothing was resolved and was just told to talk to my admin and then disconnected before I could ask a follow up question. Very unprofessional staff who lack work knowledge on how to address the issue I had or use their own resources to get someone knowledgeable to help me.
