Send for signature not working
I’m logged in, hit “get app”, under “sign” for the ability to share a doc. For a Clint to sign... nothing happens. This is after already having a version of that app on my phone, installed and having to sign in twice.

I WANTED YOU TO KNOW ADOBE ACROBAT IS TERRIBLE! !
You should fix your whole system, it doesn't work at all! I cant edit my document, I can't download or save my document, this is trash!
I'm not sure if your making it so only people who have Adobe Acrobat pro can do anything, but I know I'm NEVER using Adobe Acrobat again and I'M NOT BUYING PRO!2 votes -
Disappointed change of subscription without notice
I am very disappointed that with my subscription, it has now changed that I have to pay separately for the use of the mobile version of Adobe Spark. Another money grab on your part? This is ridiculous. I am now considering moving to another platform with my current subscription.

unhappy with set up!
I have tried to set up an Adobe Acrobat account and it is the most unresponsive, detailed and difficult process. Make it easier. I am now going to junk the the account because it isn't worth the trouble of setting it up.

User Interface and Functionality with New Format
The new view is very difficult to follow and understand. I am no longer able to search for agreements by name or email address. This is creating difficulties for me finding my agreements in a timely manner.

Wrong language

Convert from PDF to Word
Contact Centre is very frustrating. I cannot find any answer to my questions. I just aid for a year subscription and it still does not convert my PDF document into Word. It would have been faster to retype

Currently , the Chat channel is not available for Enterprise individual users.
Users should have a direct communication channel with the Support Team for urgent questions when using the Products. The new version PRO DC throws a number of questions
Also the Enterprise version log-in prevents the individual user to get in touch thru' chat.

Bad usability of Document Cloud
Overall IA, navigation, and usability of Document Cloud is frustatingly complex. When ever I sign a PDF that was attached to an email. The PDF opens in my Acrobat Pro DC app on my windows computer. I can sign it great. But then I always spend the next 15 minutes trying to figure out how to download the signed file so I can store in my own file system.
Additionally there is no "delete" function in the Document Cloud.
Grrrr!!!!!
