For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I need to be able to see who I've sent a document to without opening the document. I send the same document to several people daily and must keep track of who has signed and who hasn't. The ability to see this information was one of the reasons that I chose to continue with Adobe Sign after the trial period. This new platform sucks and has added hours to my workday and makes running my business difficult. Please add the ability to see who has and has not signed without opening several documents

  2. In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Best!

  3. Go back to the old format, so the site is usable again. There are NO training documents to refer to, we find it hard to edit existing documents, place field for signatures, change signers, see who needs to sign, etc, etc. Very frustrating.

  5. I am cancelling our account because we cannot use the new platform. It is missing many of the features we use every day (forwarding capability, viewing the recipient at a glance on the list, copy/paste previous text content, etc).... Truly, your "update" is so backwards and half-minded.

  6. When I open documents on documentcloud.adobe.com, the document is almost completely blank. When I download and then open the document, the data is all present though. How can I make these documents populate their data when viewed on documentcloud.adobe.com?

  7. I am trying to cancel an agreement we no longer need signed electronically. My two options are "Close" and "Close". What is this? Which one is Cancel or Accept Changes or Proceed? Both options are Close. That means close the pop-up? Close the agreement? This new interface is terrible and the flaws keep exposing themselves the more I try to use it.

  8. Include the recipient of shared dcocuments.
    In the process of gutting Adobe Sign, the list of documents in the "For Signature" 'tab' no longer includes the recipient of the document. This makes reviewing / identifying documents much harder.

  13. I don't like the new format. I used to be able to see how many were out pending signature. Is there a way to do that now? If so, it needs to be easier to find. Also, previously I could replace a signer. I can't locate how to do that with the updates.

  14. I can't see who I sent all these agreements to without clicking on individually. This is such a dissappointment and will force me to find another solution. I used to be able to see visually what I sent and who. My documents in many cases say the same thing, so this makes this way incredibly hard.

  16. I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. This change has actually caused a lot of frustration.…

  18. Bring back the Adobe Sign Dashboard. That was a great dedicated contract tracking and managing tool. Tracking and managing contracts is essential to businesses and doing it well can significantly impact profits.

    The "all-in-one" Adobe Cloud tool is vastly inferior to Dashboard for tracking and managing agreements. Cloud eliminates or buries functionality Dashboard offered. Instead of Dashboard’s clean, organized categorization of agreements by status (signed, out-for-signature, etc.), Cloud intermingles critical agreements with insignificant documents. Cloud attempts organizing this cacophony of documents through preset groupings and filters you can manually apply. The huge short-comings of these features are exacerbated by the…

  19. Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
    I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
    - Out for signature
    - Cancelled
    - Signed agreements
    If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…

  20. where are all the files i had in my account? how do i find the signed ones if they all have the same name and not that of the recipient? wtf did you do to the interface to make it such a load of ****!!! i am in the middle of sending out and receiving a large amount of contracts and i log in to find it has all changed and is useless. when will this be fixed? ( i rang your helpline to be told 'sorry' but no explanation or help!
