Turn off AI Assistant button now
Allow me to TURN OFF AI Assistant button. I hate it, don't want it, it is in the way. I've turned off every "AI" preference I can find and it won't go away.

Downloading Acrobat DC Pro
Hi, I can't seem to download Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The installer package starts to run, but only downloads to 9.2 percent, and then stops, repeatedly. Please let me know how I can download DC Pro without this problem. Thank you.

Can't delete document from document cloud
1) Let users add multiple signatures so that for instance husband and wife could sign a document without needing to send it to themselves via document cloud also because some of us would not want documents with personal signatures on the cloud to begin with
2) Allow users to delete (securely and for good) any of the documents that had to be uploaded to the document cloud. So far I see no option to accomplish that and that's a terrible UX... had to reach out to assistant in chat! Thanks.5 votes -

Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

O adobe Acrobat está um lixo, toda vez que vai abri um pdf ele trava após abrir, fica uma tela de login travada. Nunca mais me ofereçam um programa tão lixo como esse, por favor. Agora estou usando o Adobe Reader. Por favor, voltem a oferecer a opção de não instalar o anti virus. A empresa que trabalho já tem um anti virus padrão e meu pc quase travou por ter dois anti virus. Keyboard shortcut for "add text comment"
Please add a keyboard shortcut for the "add text comment" tool. I use this all the time and even with it in my quick tools it is cumbersome and slow to have to constantly mouse around.
