For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Document Cloud is BEYOND SLOW!!!

    Document is taking FOREVER to load in a browser! I have an endless spinning wheel. You really need to make the documentcloud much faster... it's useless like this

  3. Adobe PDF Cloud Export text hyphenation issue

    "Word to PDF" converts a Word document to PDF without hyphenation. Word breaks are turned on in the text style of the document - see attached PDF file.

  4. Just a "Thank You"

    Just wanted to thank you for putting the combine feature back to what it used to be. After two weeks of slow output (and quite a bit of frustration), I'm back to being extremely productive. Thanks again!

  6. Review your Annual Charges for Common User

    For a common person whose usage of documents is not very high, you should develop a home package with much less a cost.
    Your current annual fee of Rs. 1200 apprx is way high vis-à-vis usage and utility.

  10. I want to cancel and refund

    Hi there,

    I bought the converter to use it on my documents and to my surprise I found out that Arabic language is not supported while Maltese is (Not disrespect) but why?!

    I want a cancellation and a refund, how can I apply for one?

  11. Acrobat freezing up

    I made acrobat my default for PDF and noe my photos don't open up so I can load them in for my school project. Why do you all keep fixing what was not broken??? Sorry frustrating.

  12. issue with an update

    I believe the Combine Files feature just changed and it is really making it difficult to use now. Before, I was able to combine files and choose files that were "open" (which I could open by using Google Drive through Adobe and now I have to resave to Adobe or desktop. If there is no way to go back to the other way I will have to use a different platform.

  14. Complaint on repeated requests to upgrade

    You keep asking me to upgrade I don't want to up grade!
    I just want to use the access and tools I've already paid my subscription to use!
    It is extremely frustrating and time consuming trying to simply convert a document and it won't let me!!

  16. autofill sucks

    Stop autofilling textboxes everytime we click enter while typing. I will type a whole paragraph and because your program does not automatically adjust the text to fit the page, I have to click enter to type on the next line. when I do that my entire paragraph is deleted and replaced with a random sentence I wrote on a previous PDF I filled out months ago.

  17. Account Initialization Emails Excessive

    My employer set us up with a company account. When I initialized my account and completed the setup process, I received 50 emails in 3 minutes to click a link to confirm my email address and activate my account. Each one that I clicked (over a dozen) would spin in a new window and then would give an error for invalid username. I am able to use the functions it seems, I am signed in to the document cloud, so I'm not sure why I would receive 50 emails (and no I am not exaggerating the number) to confirm my…

  20. The last update has made combining files harder

    The recent update to Adobe has made the Combine Files function significantly harder to navigate. Before I was able to easily rearrange pages and rename the file at the top right of the screen. Now it is a fight against the program to move a page and it doesn't redirect me to the home page once I have saved my record. I'm considering using other programs if this continues to be a hassle to navigate.
