No load, dark screen
Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

Combining not working
I have tried to merge a few pdfs multiple times but it never finishes the merg how many times I've tried the circle never closes and then just goes back to upload the files to merge

Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments
Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

Error in saving docx changes
Acrobat keeps giving the error message shown in the attached file, and won't save any changes to a docx file despite repeated attempts

Safari Functionality
The Acrobat document upload stopped working today with Safari. First, the Select a file link didn’t work. I had to drag and drop. Then the file I uploaded disappeared from the Recents, and then when I finally located it and copied the link, it would not paste. I literally had to email the link to myself and then forward it. Not great functionality when you’re facing a deadline.

Allow network file installation
Please stop blocking installation of your apps from network folders. This is completely unnecessary and just adds frustration to the installation process.

Scheduling a Time for Reminders to Go Out
I enjoy using AdobeSign, but it would be so helpful if we could also set a time for when reminders of documents go out. It use to be that reminders were sent at the same hour you schedule a reminder to go out, now the system is setting a reminder to go out at 12AM. It would be really nice if we had this feature, so we do not have to cancel and go back to DocuSign

Saving didn't work. Had to rebuild everything!
The Adobe Acrobat Editor I was using would not save properly. Because of this, I had to rebuild EVERTHING!!!

E-signature recipient name issue
Adobe e-signature sent out. All information is correct in the file, but when in the manage agreement tab it shows a completely different name i have never heard of. This shows up nowhere ese but in the manage screen but the initials showed as the incorrect name and not the actual signors name entered. System error. Many happening lately.

Make it possible to insert a blank page on the "insert page" menu. This is a basic pdf need.

Tengo un problema, cuando abro un archivo del propio dicoo duro de mi ordenaodro elprograma serabre pero se queda bloqueado. para poder ver el archivo tengo que agrirlo a trabés de Crome. Mi windows es 10 Pro Versión 22H2. La versión atual de Adobe Acrobat ¿es compatible con este sistema operativo?

Request e-signature tool is very unreliable and not productive
Why has the signature field in request e-signature tool been changed? I have existing preformatted forms that I am trying to send off. However, today has been a complete waste of my time using both the Adobe Acrobat online via the web browser as well as the desktop application. Please fix whatever bug has been introduced if there has been a recent update. Stop changing things that were already working. Thank you!

Combine file feature not working
My subscription ends end of June 2026.I am still not able to use the combine file features.Its asking to subscribe again.
Its very frustrating experience,first of all i was auto subsribe into one month $29 subscription and now i cant use the features for the $29 plan i purchased.
I need a resolution on this issue asap.

combine function does not finalize to combine pdfs
I have been trying to combine pdfs into one on the website using my account. The last three days, the pdfs will upload and once I click combine, the waiting clock will appear and and count down, but in the last few seconds, the process stalls and does not progress any further and does not actually combine the pdfs. I am not exceeding the size limits. The function simply dos not finish the task.

I hate using Adobe now
Why do I now have to be online to combine files!??? I use to be able to do this within minutes on my desktop but this took way too long - lots to upload, then download.

Organizing Pages does NOT save.
Incredibly Frustrating Software. The application has failed to save my changes four times now and has made me completely re-do my PDF every single time. Very laggy. Will not recommend to others.
