1. Please allow use older versions of the app in Creative Cloud, like other Creative Cloud apps have, Version 24.1 is Broken.

   Version 24.1 is Broken. It has crashed 9 times today. This happens when scrolling documents, tabbing into documents and even when opening documents. I am not even using any of the special features. This is ruining my workflow and honestly am about to look for an alternative PDF program.

   Please give us the option to use older versions of apps like other programs do in the CC. So I can have a functioning version of the app. It was working fine before the update.

   I didn't want AI in my program, I didn't ask for AI. Every big corporation is rushing to add any form of 'ai' to their programs to stay modern or help share prices, and it's just bloatware garbage no one asked for.

   Adobe is so out of touch, and everyday I am thinking of switching to and learning alternatives.

2. PC restart required after update, which is super annoying

   PC restart after software update is normally not required, except device drivers.
   This is pretty annoying, and adobe must at least describe the reason (e.g., adobe's technique level is very low)

3. Login to Multiple Devices using a single Adobe ID

   Please can you give us the option to login to multiple devices using a single Adobe ID.
   Currently our existing adobe ID can only login to two devices simultaneously, we have several users that requires to sign-in with more than two devices.

4. downgrade

   Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version

   Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

5. Failure to launch after a number of files are opened

   After I work with a few dozen files in a day, Adobe simply stops opening. You click on a file or the app itself and the cursor flickers once and nothing happens. The only way to get it working again is to restart the computer. Very inconvenient when you are logged into multiple business programs and have to log out of everything and shut down/restart in the middle of the day. Have checked for updates - nothing.

   Would love to see in the VIP Console which users actually activated their subscriptions. It used to be available. Also, usage reports. Crucial in knowing who is using the product.

   Don't force installation of McAfee or try to be sneaky with Adobe Reader.
   You guys are better than this. Don't associate yourself with this bloatware ****, otherwise soon Adobe may find their image tarnished as bloatware-related. At least for me, it's making me consider alternatives to PDF.

8. Shared server update issue

   We use non-persistent Citrix servers for our infrastructure and when we update 64-bit versions of Adobe Pro DC, we are having to go into the registry and redo the keys that allow for multiple users /shared devices. This is only happening to 64-bit installs and seems to have started back on the August planned update. This seems like a bug since 32-bit versions of Adobe are unchanged after updating. Both versions are updated in the same fashion, via a script deployed from our RMM platform. I did work with support originally and they suggested I check the registry after every update which is not a fix.

9. MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND THE SIMPLE DOWNLOAD BUTTON.

   Why don't you be more like Microsoft. One e-mail address or sign-in gets you everything. One sign-in, All your licenses are there. Plus unlike your Adobe.com, when I sign into the page, I get more ads and how great it is. Instead in O365, all my apps are there and I can quickly find the DOWNLOADS and install the application. All done without the Adobe Ads cloud ****. I never had a problem with installing the apps on my computer.

   For example, O365 home edition, As long as I sign in, it doesn't matter, the product will install on all my computers and whatever I want 6 licenses, 6 devices, no exceptions. The problem is that you can easily find the download button, or the install button in 356 FIRST PAGE ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT, "Install and More." In Adobe, you have to jump through hoops to find the install or as you like to call it Get apps. UNACCEPTABLE.

   We already paid for a product, we want to download it and use it. Not look at more ads before using a product that has already been purchased. Go to office.com and see what I am talking about. Then compare yours.

12. RUM command line update for Adobe pro and Creative Cloud

    we need a way to use a command line to update Adobe pro unified version as well as the creative cloud app.

    i.e. AdobeApps.exe /UpdateAll

    it should then go to the web, download the patches needed to update whatever is installed and make SURE its the latest version. Right now it doesnt do this by default!

    So some users have older versions depending on what installer was used. Please fix this.

    Allow simultaneous license activation on 3 devices. Limit it to Acrobat, or Acrobat Reader. Have the end user register their 3 devices.

    As of 2020, many people work remotely and on multiple devices: tablet, laptop, desktop. Further many people switch between the two very rapidly - for example: An Architect may review designs on the desktop, switch to a laptop for a meeting and contract signature, leave the laptop at the office, and take the tablet to the field (with no internet/reception) to make in-field review. The software is known to close/freeze in order to check-in/validate online & switch device activation. This impacts Adobe's customer workflow, time, credibility, and has a quantifiable dollar impact.

    Having to signout/signin each time a device is switched is time consuming and this adobe process adds cost and negative goodwill to the consumer. Therefore, alow Adobe acrobat (a ubiquitous software) to run on multiple registered devices.

    This product is such a pain to use. If it were not required for the forms I am using, I would delete it and never look at it again. In fact, as soon as I am done with the form I am using, I will remove the product and hope to never use it again. I will also contact the people that require me to use Acrobat and tell them I will cancel their service as filling in their forms using Acrobat is too clunky and not convenient. Even opening Acrobat requires me to sign in. what a dumb idea. Once I register, I should not need to sign in every time with two factor authentication.

16. Acrobat Reader replaces Acrobat DC as defaulf PDF viewer while it should not

    I have Acrobat DC installed as a part of Creative Cloud because I need it to do my work as a graphic designer. In meanwhile my IT dept pushes Reader to all the stations. I can have both installed, but why the Reader so aggressively and violating all the settings sets itself as a default PDF viewer while I want to work in DC all the time? If I set Acrobat DC as a default PDF viewer it should stay as a default viewer!

17. Unable to use PDF Viewer

    My Previous Company gave me Adobe Premium Acess now that that i don't have access to it anymore I am not even able to use adobe PDF viewer it asks me to buy premium and closes full software I need this to be fixed or else I will quit using adobe Acrobat this behaviour of the software is irritating

18. Do not allow a fixed display size to be set in the Registry when the software is installed.

    When Acrobat is initialized (or just now when a popup presents "new Acrobat" settings, for AI I believe), if the suggested settings are not accepted and the user goes in and selects a document display size, that size is fixed permanently for whenever a document is opened. This can't even be changed by going into general (global) Preferences in the software. This thus presents a problem that can only be resolved by deleting the preference setting key in the Registry and thus reinstall the master preferences. (Note that this happened to me today when an Adobe screen came up and asked me how I wanted the new/AI? Acrobat settings to be set and I chose 0.125 as display size, hoping I was setting 125%. All my documents would open tiny, and the Preference tab could not change this. All I could do was change the opening size preference document by document. This was not good. So, Adobe Support had to delete the Registry key and we started all over with the suggested settings.) Given this issue, a user should not be allowed to choose other than the suggested preference for display size.

    Hallo, Adobe Acrobat will in regelmäßigen Abständen aktualisiert werden. Leider so, dass man beim Öffnen eines Dokuments den Hinweis erhält, man könne das Programm erst nach einem Neustart des PC starten. Das stört enorm. Wie kann ich das ausschalten?

20. Adobe Acrobat Pro Not Working on Desktop!

    Help me, please! Adobe Acrobat Pro stopped working, so I tried to re-install it and failed. Now it is gone from my desktop and all my PDF files icons changed and I can no longer open them by clicking on them. Repeated attempts to download Adobe Acrobat Pro and re-install it have failed. What do I have to do to get it back?
