BUG - Chinese license failure
If you try signing into an English installation of the software with a Chinese license it fails stating that the application must be in Chinese-Simplified. The only option at this point and subsequent launches after the fact is to close Acrobat. If the license validation fails then it should prompt to sign in with a different named license or at least give an option to do so.

Allow upgrade eligibility for versions prior to 2017
I was disappointed to learn that you had to be an Acrobat 2017 or later user to get upgrade pricing on Acrobat 2020. As a loyal user of Acrobat 2015, this was a bit insulting to me. I learned that this is coded into the software registration process and nothing can be done about it by the Customer Care agents.

Constantly Requiring Sign In
Why in the actual **** do I have to sign into Adobe a) every time I open it, b) multiple times throughout the day, c) when I've been working in it and suddenly I have to sign in again. It is THE MOST ANNOYING thing ever, especially when in a meeting or on a call and need to pull up a PDF just to have to sign in. I don't understand why I have to sign in every day but I could excuse it. What I don't excuse is having to do it multiple times a day. Infuriating.

Mac App Store
I want to download Adobe Acrobat Pro/Reader DC from Mac App Store, because App Store is the place where we can install apps without anxiety, and its auto update is much more convenient, and it can let us purchase the app much easier, especially for students.

The sign-in process is broken
Trying to sign into Adobe fails ALL THE TIME. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the application multiple times, which doesn't resolve the issue. I've had Adobe Tech Support do the same thing, without resolving the issue. The sign in is broken beyond all acceptable levels of frustration.
Click the sign-in text on far right, nothing happens. Click it from the Help menu and get "Initializing registration... Please retry after a minute." Close that popup and Adobe crashes. EVERY TIME.

Acrobat DC requires activation at every start-up
Acrobat DC requires activation at every start-up. A message then says there is a problem at Adobe's end and allows the app to start.

Silent Activation \ SSO when using User Named Licensing for Adobe Acrobat
With enterprise deployment of Adobe Acrobat. It would be nice to have silent or SSO activation when opening Adobe Acrobat the first time that way the person maybe just has to input email address if anything at all and be done. We are using User Named Licensing. We have 4500+ people and trying to have them understand all they need to do is type in their email address and tab to Enterprise is not easy. They try to enter email and password which doesn't always work and then get into a confusing process. This produces alot of extra calls to…

Acrobat will NOT remain signed in on my computer
How about fixing the sign in feature. I sign in to Adobe Acrobat on my computer. I am constantly asked to LOG OUT OF ADOBE ON THE COMPUTER THAT IT SHOWS BEING LOGGED INTO. I CANNOT USE ACROBAT UNLESS I LOG OUT OF THIS COMPUTER.
I MUST SAY THAT THIS COMPUTER AND MY LAPTOP ARE THE ONLY TWO COMPUTER I USE THIS PROGRAM ON.
ALSO, I AM A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER TO ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

Adobe CC Photography Plan interferes with existing Acrobat installation
I have a fully licensed and paid-for Acrobat DC 2015 program. The Adobe CC Photography plan has installed an 'update' that prevents me from using the program unless I pay $20 a month for a subscription to the new program. I have already paid for what I have and it satisfies my requirement once every few months to re-order pages in an Acrobat document. How can I get my paid-foir program back?

I can't even log into the application, won't let me hit continue after filling out my email.
I am trying to log into Adobe Acrobat to combine files, it won't let me sign in. The mini window will only let me type in my email, it will not allow me to hit continue and pressing "enter" does nothing. I paid for the service and I can't even use it.

Why Acrobat is auto-updating and than I am FORCED to restart my computer?
I have works opened, and don't want to restart computer because Acrobat wants me to do that. Why I am forced?
Because after every update Acrobat can't save any new file I opened.
So after EVERY ipdate I can't use Acrobat till restarting my PC.
Why is that?2 votes -
Alert admins when licensed users count crosses the available license limit.
It would be great if admins get an alert or notification within the Adobe Admin Console once the number of users exceeds the number of available licenses for Acrobat . Example- we have 1000 licenses available for Acrobat Standard and we would appreciate if we get an alert in case any of our admins or help desk techs adds an additional user ( user #1001) to the licensing group. This will help us minimize the license cost at true up.

Acrobat DC licensing fails on Windows 10 ARM computer with CC 4.9.0.504
BACKGROUND
I have Windows 10 on Microsoft Surface Pro X laptop (ARM processor) which runs Windows 64-bit but runs apps under 32-bit emulation (unless specific ARM version available).
I have CC subscription which installed/managed 32-bit version of Adobe apps. Looks like latest version it automatically updated to was CC 4.9.0.504.
REPRO STEPS FOR CC 32/64-bit FAILURES
- I received notification that Photoshop for ARM (beta) was available and wanted to install it... --> it requires CC latest version 5.3.5.518 before I can access that version of Photoshop.
- Manually installed CC latest version 5.3.5.518 (since CC auto-update seems to have kept me on the older version…

Add more multifactor authentication options to Creative Cloud application logins (not CCDA)
We would like to have more multifactor authentication options supported in applications other than the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. We are using Shared Device Licenses in computer labs here, what they were intended for, with packages set to accept any valid AdobeID. (Access to the labs is controlled, so that no non-University people will be able to log in.) The users would like to simply open Acrobat and sign in using their university email address and password (which is a federated AdobeID using Okta authentication). If they try this, they are taken through our Okta login page, enter their multifactor…
