We have 60 users and counting and it would be great to generate a log from the Admin Console to see if the users are actually using any of the Acrobat features (i.e., editing a pdf) or are they just viewing a pdf meaning they can use a Reader instead.     Your update is horrible. I get the wanting to stay new but if you have a competant program why mess with it? I use this in the design field and the only thing the update has done is add time to each task.

    I'm about over it. I have been using this program since 2012 and cannot stand the updates to the point That I try to avoid the program. Before the update, you could select the tool, use it and then you would have to click on it again to use it. Now I am constant double clicking / triple clicking just to get out of the tool. And what is with the select text option / pan button? What idiot thought it would be a good idea to click on a tool and it give you two options so the user has to decide every single time. Whoever decided to come up with this update must of been bored or have never used the program before. Extremely dissapointed.

19. ZUGFeRD 2.1 validation failed

    Hello,

    We have a PDF file that seems to be ZUGFeRD compliant according to the ZUGFeRD Community verification tool (ZUV - https://www.zugferd-community.net/en/open_community/validation) but when trying to validate this PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat Preflight tool there is an error message that states the XMP data is not valid.
    I am attaching the sample file, a report from the ZUV validator, and a screenshot from the Preflight tool.

20. Acrobat does not start when open a pdf file from our program

    Our program needs to be launched with administrator privileges. However, after starting with administrator privileges, there is a problem with the function to open PDFs from our program.
    The issue occurs as follows:
    If the default app for PDF file is Acrobat, two Acrobat background processes appear in the Task Manager, but the PDF file is not opened.

    This issue also occurs when Acrobat is used independently. It can be reproduced using the following steps:

    1. Right-click on the Acrobat menu and select "Run as administrator" to launch Acrobat, and
    2. Open a PDF file while Acrobat is already running.

    The issue can be easily replicated with the following sample source code. (As shown in the attached image,
    it is necessary to set the project's "UAC Execution Level" to "requireAdministrator (/level='requireAdministrator')".)
