  1. It would be great to send one document that needs an individual signature to multiple people at one time; receiving each copy individually once person has signed document.

    eg: Send ABC form to Bill.Cool@gmail.com, Sandra.Cool@gmail.com, Tricia.Cool@gmail.com as group email.
    Each person receives their own copy of ABC form...Bill signs form and submits, Sandra signs her ABC form signs and submits, Tricia receives her ABC form, signs and submits. Sender receives, Bill's signed form, Sandra's signed form, and Tricia's signed form all individually with unique signature in each one. As it stands now I must send ABC form first…

  3. the status of the Adobe sign agreement out for signature is not refreshing automatically and you have to close the app and reopen to refresh the status

  4. We should be able to access the Document Cloud and Adobe Sign without having to login separately which is insane and counter productive.

  5. Adding Signatories to a document can be challenging - if following the instructions in Adobe Sign, at no point does it mention that you need to go to Advanced Settings in order to create a signature block. The simple instructions simply advise the user to add the recipients to the correct areas of the document, then click "send". Doing this results in an error message:
    "There are recipients who need to sign this document that do not have a signature field assigned to them. You can go back and add signature fields or we will add a signature block for…

  6. Allow host account to delegate an alias or another email by which to send the document for signature from… This instead of changing the email on the adobe account.

  7. I can see that the documents have been sent to recipient on the Adobe audit trail, but they have not been received by recipients. This is not first time. please advise.

  9. Major Issues with dropdown functionality when sending for signature.

    To understand what I mean, certain features that work for text fields don't work for Dropdowns.

    Example 1. - When using the Fill & Sign, send for signatures function text fields allow for blank unrequired fields to be sent for signature. Dropdowns do not. You must apply a value for dropdown to not have errors and the value cannot be a simple space.

  10. When using the online e-sign feature, my clients' drawn signatures are formatted in super tiny font on my documents. In addition, if I use the Document Cloud to e-sign documents, my saved signature is super small and barely visible.

    Either when creating templates or when a person is creating a signature using the online Adobe Sign process, it would be WONDERFUL for us to be able to set the size or space size for signatures. Or, even if the document owner had the option to resize the signatures, this would be so helpful. Again, this has not been a problem…

  11. On accessing the below link

    • user is directed to SSO page
    • he provides his email address there to sign-in
    • if the user does not have the necessary license to use Adobe Sign, he gets a weird message that the users do not like (screenshot attached).

    Can you please change it to something that is more meaningful to a common user and he clearly understands what is it that he/she is lacking.

  12. A PRIME EXAMPLE is when a document comes back fully signed in ADOBESIGN, the last page(s) are the activity sheets. I need to delete these prior to forwarding the document. The originator of the document sent SHOULD HAVE the ability to delete these pages and any others as needed.

  13. Please add functionality so that a user can schedule reminders for an Adobe Sign agreement from within Acrobat DC. Right now, you can only send a 1-time reminder from Acrobat, you need to log in online to add a scheduled reminder.

  14. It's not possible to download on my computer documents that have been signed and sent back on the desktop app. To do so it's necessarily to go online. What's the point in havin gthe app then. Please add the download option on the desktop appo.

    We recently switched from HelloSign to Adobe Sign. Adobe sign currently takes our team three times as long as Hellosign did. One of the biggest frustrations is if we noticed we missed an email address, we have to start completely over. Could you PLEASE make it so we can go back to the original page to make changes rather than starting completely over? In addition, is it possible to change the default to be not signing in order and we can change if needed? And lastly, is it possible to change the setting so if a password is entered…

Allowing signers to download and save their signed version of the document allows for various versions of the document to be floating around and if the content includes sensitive information, the ability to use adobe sign is severely limited since the ability to download and save the document is a major security concern.

  17. Multiple users send agreements for signature with clients they are working with but these documents are only visible to that user's login. The Admin should have the ability to view all documents in the user accounts or store them centrally. It is an extremely manual process to back these files up for our company records and the main reason we are looking to move to another e-signature tool.

    I am using the Adobe Sign service via API.

    Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (browser on smartphone).

    Here is a brief description, step by step:
    1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement
    2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.

  20. Up until a few days ago I was able to very easily go down the list of documents that were pending and see who viewed them and who has or has not signed. Now I have to open each document one at a time to see that. Can we bring the quick preview back?
