PDF files stored on iCloud do not download (open) from within the program - only from the Finder.
If I try to open a pdf from within Acrobat that is stored in iCloud, it doesn't open. I have to click twice on the associated cloud icon for it to open. If I click the same pdf file from The Finder, it will open straight away. Is there a fix for this? TIA - DJH

Move user data when switching reseller
I have several customers, who are in the proces of changing resellers. I want to move their Cloud Data to the new account, but that's not possible.
Furthermore, it would be nice to download all of the data at once and upload it again. I have to download every single file and upload it again.
Seriously, Adobe?
Another thing is, that Adobe can't tell me where data is stored in their Cloud Storage. Not very GDPR friendly..1 vote -

I have an Acrobat DC Pro subscription and I am extremely disappointed that I am unable to permanently turn off the automatic upload of PDF files to Adobe Cloud storage when I attempt to attach PDF files to an Outlook email. I completely understand how to disable the plugin in Outlook that does this but every time that Acrobat Pro updates it re-enables the plugin and I'm back to square one having to delete the plugin again. I already have a subscription to MS OneDrive and have zero need for a second cloud service. I also don't want my PDFs…

a document is being processed by an adobe online service
Can't save my file because it's "being processed by an adobe online service". Why would you ever override my ability to hard save a file to my computer? It has been stuck like this for a while, and I never asked to have my files save to the cloud in the first place.

REFUND SUBSCRIPTIONS IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICES YOU HAVE PROMISED
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND REFUND US FOR THE LACK OF SERVICES WE HAVE PAID FOR!
The whole service has become unreliable over the past year. What is the point of subscriptions if files are lost or left unsaved or your told the service is not working at the moment. The whole point of having Adobe is to read, highlight, update and save. No point otehrwise.

Stop trying to enforce cloud
One button should be enough to stop Adobe to try and force users into the cloud for sending PDFs, attachments and so on.
And the users decision should survive any updates.2 votes -
Scanned files won't open or disappear
Adobe did an update and all files I've scanned I label. As I'm working on this there is an error that says the file is no longer there or it says I don't have permission to open. Out of 6 files, 2 have been restored in a 2 hour period.

Cannot Save or Save As
From the desktop version of Adobe for Mac, I cannot save any files. Save and Save as bring up a completely black screen. I have to make roundabout efforts to save anything. It is very frustrating. Please address promptly.

Unable to upload to Adobe cloud storage
I used to be able to save a file and get a link to share with anyone with the link successfully but now uploading files to cloud storage is required to share files with others. The link will not work if the file is not uploaded successfully and it's taking forever to upload to cloud storage and today, I tried to upload 3 files and they all failed. Can you please look into this and let me know the workaround or solution to this? Thank you!

Fediverse account names and unwanted creative cloud uploads
If there is a comment written by someone else with a fediverse account name of the format [@]xxxx[@]xxxx.xxxx any attempt to edit that comment will trigger an unwanted sharing link being sent and an upload into the Creative Cloud. There needs to be an option to disable Acrobat from ever sharing a file via Creative Cloud without explicit permission to do so as this represents privacy risks.

Reduce Clicks Required to Open and Close PDFs from SharePoint online
When opening files in SharePoint Online in Adobe Acrobat desktop via the Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 app, there are way too many clicks - three for opening and three for closing outlined below.
It would be great if these clicks could be eliminated via preferences; the most important to eliminate would be Version Comments on Check In and the click to "Desktop" after it opens in browser Acrobat.
- Click on the applicable file in SharePoint in browser to open (this one make sense of course)
- Click desktop to open the file in Adobe Acrobat desktop rather than web (it…
