I SCANNED A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK APPROXIMATELY 400 PAGES INTO MY COMPUTER YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND NOW I CANNOT OPEN THE ITEMS (2) WARNING SAYS "ERROR CANNOT OPEN FILES DAMAGED AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED" WHAT CAN I DO? IS THERE A WAY I CAN RETRIEVE MY WORK AND POSSIBLE BREAK IT DOWN INTO SMALLER SEGMENTS?

    Hi,
    We need some information to understand and resolve this issue:
    - Acrobat version
    - Scanner details
    - Scan settings
    - Number of pages scan
    - Does it happen for small files also or only for these bulk scanned files.

  2. Allow users to select which sheets they need when combining macro enabled excel sheets like it does when combining non macro enabled excel sheets.

  3. To have the option to turn off messages when I add/or place a signature, really annoying. Otherwise, I like the product, I use it everyday

  5. To use a time scale to limit PDF files being used or viewed even if they have been uploaded to a Web Page.

    We have a very High Profile Client who has requested that we provide a service whereby he can stop people viewing his PDF files after a specified time scale. At present they have to monitor the numerous websites where their PDF file have been uploaded to and request that that are taken down. They want this function to automatically stop the PDF from being viewed.

  6. I am running Windows 10. Since the last Adobe Acrobat Pro update, the program has been absolutely awful. Opening a document is a minute long process much less doing anything else to it. I had to download another program to be able to view PDFs for work. Very frustrating. Been like this for at least a month.

  7. Running Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 7 Professional. Every click to open, close, save, can turn into an eternity of "Acrobat not responding". Hope it can be fixed.

    i already created a bug report to pdfbox because i thought it's not a adobe bug. But in the comments they told me thats maybe an adobe bug.

    Thanks for raising your concern, we are escalating the issue to the concerned team. I would like to add Acrobat XI now is end of life, i would recommend upgrading to Acrobat DC for a better experience.

  10. I need to process large PDF files that are often sent to me with duplicate pages. Dupes are often very difficult to manually locate in a 3,000 page + Document.

  11. When I open up a document on my Macbook which has been scanned in using Adobe Scan (on my phone) then Adobe crashes. Mostly it does this before I can save the files to local disk. Once on local disk, it opens them OK.

  13. Working on a MAC (mac OS High Sierra v 10.13.2 updated 12.14.17) in Acrobat Pro DC v2018.009.20050
    I think this problem started right after OS update.
    Open a PDF document, extract a page, and now want to save that page.
    A Save As PDF window opens but it is empty and you can't do anything. If you try it too many times it will lock up acrobat and you have to force quit. Does the same thing if you want to do a save as to an existing file and rename etc. Screenshot attached.

  14. In Acrobat Pro DC, I try to reduce the size of a PDF file and Acrobat hangs. I have to Force Quit Acrobat. The PDF was originally an export from InDesign CC.

  16. send and track never works. It continues to say for me to log in and there is no internet connection. I am using ethernet, not wifi.

  17. When converting colors on a multi-page PDF file, after clicking OK, the progress bar that appears starts with showing "Converting Page 0" when it should be "Converting Page 1". Probably just using the pages array index (being zero based).

    Hi we are not able to reproduce the problem in house.
    Can you elaborate little more here and also please provide the version of Acrobat you are using.
