  2. I tried to export a PDF to Excel in order to capture and manipulate the data without having to retype it. When I did so, the resulting Excel document was unreadable and the formatting was off. I have several files like this that I need to extract the data from. I have Acrobat Pro for Mac. I'm using osSierra version 10.12.6. Please see the attached PDF and resulting Excel output file.

    Hi Chantal Smith,

    The attached PDF is already an OCRed file whose output is incorrect. Try to copy and paste the text from the PDF file. It contains garbage values.

    Please provide non-OCRed file for this issue.

  3. When I am at a slow internet connection, Acrobat DC frequently scans the internet to be sure my copy is properly licensed. Please turn that off! Once a day to check for a license is plenty. The user experience suffers compared to the old days when I owned my own copy of Acrobat Professional XI and it checked for the license on my computer - not in the cloud.

  4. I opened a document on Adobe on Mac and then it stopped responding right away. Then I tried to restart my computer or shut it down, it showed that because my ADOBE WOULD NOT let me!!?? I couldn't not open any pdf or restart my computer because of this. Please help!

    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  5. The current authentication integration solutions for Adobe do not provide any automation around the Certificate management or the Account creation process. This is horribly limiting when considering the need of an environment to have a seamless system with limited downtime. Further the lack of auto account creation from the SAML service, is highly inefficient. It would be desired to have the capability to create users from the SAML integration and to have the SAML process setup to manage itself using federation XML URLs as an option.

  7. The Adobe PDFMaker Add In does not work in Office 2019. The add in appears on the Add In list but when checked, nothing happens. This needs to be active in Office 2019

  8. Dear Adobe... for over 20 years I have used Adobe products and with one or two tiny exceptions in the early years, and absolutely loved them all. Photoshop, Design, Creative Suite, Premier Pro you name it I've probably bought it and in many cases bought literally dozens of copies for numerous functions and colleagues too many to mention (see my old Adobe account).     Hi,

    Sorry for the Issue that you are facing while using Acrobat DC.

    Could you please specify what exactly do you feel Buggy with the latest version ?
    Also When do you face crashes/Slowness on using Acrobat.

    Would help if you could send me the crash report when Acrobat crashes for you.

  9. i have a legacy device license and all other apps work. Acrobat is the only app that has stopped working and is stuck in trial mode.

  11. Acrobat does not work with Mojave...and I do not think it ever will. Adobe need to refund a portion of the subscription and stop blowing smoke....

  12. Mohave 10.14.3 and Acrobat DC fillable document saving problem-
    If I get a fillable form from IRS or other government site that needs to be filled in, I can save it to my computer one time. But if I reopen the document to add other information to a fillable area, I cannot save the document a second time. I get an error message saying the file contains "a number that is out of range". This happens for documents from many different websites, so I think the error comes when the document is saved using Mohave. Once saved the "producer" under…

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    Please check that the form is not being opened in Apple Preview, it happens to get corrupted. Try downloading again from IRS website and instead use Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader.

    1. Please share the test file with us using https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 and
    2 the version of Acrobat installed on your machine for us to investigate furthur.

  14. I use Acrobat Pro DC 2018.011.20040 version to do take-off quantity and when I export to csv file (use right click when you're in measure distance mode). It looks like all the numbers are shown incorrectly. Have anyone known how to fix or had the same problem? Cheers

  15. If the Mac is connected to a WLAN hotspot, but has no internet access via this WLAN and I start Adobe Acrobat, the program crashes. The interface opens briefly and then Acrobat wants to log in with the account to check its license. Either the program terminates itself or the Mac has the beachball. In this case Acrobat cannot be closed normally. Only if I kill the program the Mac can be used normally again. If I have internet access via the WLAN or deactivate the WLAN, Acrobat will work again.

  16. When writing in the fill in portion of the form, I used to be able to right click and underline, bold, italicize, highlight, superscript or subscript my text. I am no longer able to do this and I am super frustrated.

    Please go back to Prepare Forms> edit mode and enable “Allow Rich Text Formating” for the text field

    Once done, you should be able to get the formatting options under right click context menu.

  17. Text spontaneously disappears after leaving the page and scrolling back to it. The text fields still exists and some letters stay visible, but the other letters have disappeared.

  18. I have purchased the full license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I am requesting Adobe to create a way to always block Reader DC from ever downloading during scheduled updates. Reader DC always commandeers/overrides the default settings by file types and since I PAID for the full software product, I shouldn't have to reset my default program by file type literally every other day. Please change this. Please.

  19. Acrobat Pro DC shuts down if you try to have two documents open at the same time and also when you try to open a document that it is in a previous version of Adobe. This just started happening last week. My software is up to date.
