Acrobat Pro DC 19.021.20048 stuck as soon as it is opened
Since I upgraded acrobat Pro DC to version 19.021.20048, when I opened the software, it always stuck and couldn't be used at all. My computer system is macOS 10.14.6. I have tested two Macs (macOS 10.14.6) that also have this problem. What's the matter, please? Please resolve as soon as possible.

pdf too big
The pdf is too large to open in Adobe. (Assumed because the program crashes when attempting to open the file.) The only way to reduce the file size is to open the file therefore I cannot reduce it because the program continues to crash.

Real Help as part of the program, not a link
When are you going to have your "Help" feature as part of the program for quick access and meaningful search results, like with Word or Excel? Instead, I get some worthless link that opens a browser to your website, opening slow as **** monster graphics files and/or videos, with worthless unrelated search results posted by random users. Just AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Freeze on startup - Acrobat Pro DC, MacOS 10.14
Serious freeze-on-startup problem with Acrobat Pro DC--it seems to be completely broken. (I've stopped using it and have reassigned Acrobat XI Pro as default pdf application. Though Pro 11 is no longer supported, it's at least functional.)
• App version: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 19.012.20040
• System: 2016 Macbook Pro, OS 10.14.6; 2.7GHz Intel i7, 16GB RAM.- First observed on Mac OS 10.13.4 (High Sierra) and corrected by updating to OS 10.13.6.
- Problem resurfaced with OS 10.14.6 (Mojave).
Note: uninstall-reinstall attempted with no improvement in both old and new operating systems; also tried restarting the computer.

Browsing Advanced Search Results
In versions before Acrobat Pro DC you could scroll through advanced search results with the down arrow. Now you must select and click on the entry, a HUGE time waster and annoying step backward in Acrobat's functionality.

Competitor Free Readers can Read this file, but Adobe Acrobat Pro Cannot!
I received this document via email, and it previews fine in my Outlook Client, I downloaded and opened the file to sign, and Acrobat Pro would not display the file correctly. I was under pressure to sign the document, and I ended up downloading Foxit Reader and it read and allowed me to sign the document for free. Later I viewed the same document on my Android device in Acrobat, and the same error was reproduced. I contacted support and they were unable to resolve the issue. I'm would like to elevate this for a resolution. I pay money to…

Adobe Acrobat XI Standard crashes
Adobe Acrobat XI Standard opens for 10-20 seconds before crashing. No error dialog, the application window simply disappears. Have run repair, have uninstalled Reader, have run as administrator, same result. Computer has been rebooted several times. This is for a managed client who critically needs Acrobat to function.

"Save As PDF" menu UX improvement suggestion
The "save as" dialog menu in Acrobat Pro (Windows edition) looks counterintuitive, especially the location of "Choose a different folder" button. I've never seen such a menu structure ever. Normally Windows Explorer has a similar thing on the top of the menu. It's a good idea to have a list of recent folders on a screen, but actually I need easy access to other folders on my computer. And it would be great to make this menu looks similar to Windows Explorer. At least I'd place the folder path somewhere at the top of the window (as seen on the…

Number each submitted request/bug report so one can specifically reference them
Back to the usability idea ... One should be able to have a UNIQUE reference number for each and every post. If users/moderators take the time to review posts, then they should be able to reference them BY NUMBER in their own personal notes and to others.
Right now I cannot possibly suggest that you refer to comment xxxx from date xxxx under topic xxxx .....
How about a simple SQL database to track things ??? These pop-up subcategories by keyword search are helpful, but they are not nearly complete !
PS Number = xxxxxxxx + Section + 2 keywords…

Make this report section usable by allowing SEARCH and offering heading summary
Duh is this Nov 2019? Why can't I search both titles only and entire text for all requests? Does Adobe seriously want/expect users and moderators to scan FORTY-FIVE (45) pages of a forum to weed out duplicate requests ?? .... I certianly do NOT want to put in a NEW request for something that's already in the count. WORSE YET, if the same concept is entered 4 times as 5 + 3 + 2 + 10 votes, then Adobe will surely not value that as 20 VOTES and will probably NOT fix it !!! Another dis-service to the users, especially…

use compare report and send it for shared review with old and new file side-by-side view
I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.
But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.
Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review.

BUG - Compression Issue
PDF Compressing/Optimizing Issues:
I have a PDF document designed in Photoshop and when Compressing using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC there are 3 issues that happen:
The text becomes illegible in only certain parts of the document
The images become warped and extremely fuzzy
The Compression/Optimization tool is not compressing the PDF enough, we would like the document to go from 80MB to 80KB as an example.
Attached is what the PDF looks like before compressing, and an example of what it looks like after compressing. I have spoken with several reps and no one is able to assist me.
Please…

Save split spreasheet
Hello,
It would be very useful to have the possibility to save the split of a spreadsheet to share it with collègues (for example reporting). Today we can't save it and it is fastidious to make each time a new split. Is this planned in your road map work?

Distiller has no PDF X4 standard
Hi there,
I'm using Distiller 19.21 ...
To generate a PDF I always print to postscript from Indesign and afterwards the Distiller generates the PDF-file. When there is in error (somewhere in a bad EPS [binary EPS for example], foreign PDF or in a Picture) the Distiller stops the PDF creating, I can search and remove the cause for the error and finally i get a technically perfect PDF for any printing house. That ist not possible for the PDF-X4-standard ... that is not good at all. To give away a clean PDF-file it is a MUST in my opinion…

Have formatting options when converting a PDF to a Word file
When I convert a complex-looking PDF to a word document, there are too many formatting elements. For example, there are multiple sections (which means multiple headers and footer) unnecessary columns, dotted lines converted into dots in a tiny text, margins that default to the very edge of the page. Numbered lists turn into automatically numbered lists even though I have automatically numbered lists turned off on Word.
I need to be able to have the option to stop Acrobat using formatting features when turning documents into PDF's. I need to be able to stop unnecessary columns, set sensible margins, turn…
