Improve the Bates Numbering
Currently the Bates Numbering option does not allow the user to select folder and subfolders to the window for incorporating Bates Numbering. Users currently have to separate the subfolders onto the desktop and then add each folder separately to the list, once all the folders are added, the functionality can then be operated. However, most of the time users have up to 500 subfolders, so its essential that the subfolders are numbered to that the Bates numbering follows numerically correctly. There are other products that can already do this, so why cant Adobe

Hi Gaurav
The expectation is that the sub-folders are retained, and correctly as you list, the files within the sub-folders are Bates Numbered according to this structure, because the structure has been created in accordance with court requirements. -
Hello Ros,
Currently, while doing bates numbering when you select a parent folder( which is having subfolders), all the files are selected present in parent folder and subfolders.
List of these files are displayed in the bates numbering window.
So please confirm whether you are expecting that in the bates numbering window files are displayed representing their folder structure also. As currently all the files are displayed together.
They doesn't represent their subfolder structure.
