Closing this request, as engineering team provide a workaround and decided not to work on this feature as of now. We will inform you if they decide to pick it up in future.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide the option to create a link, but you can add "#page=<page number>" to achieve the desired result. Sample: http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_reference_1-7.pdf#page=5
Please note that this will work when using Adobe Acrobat plugin in browser but might not work when opening PDFs using other application's viewers.
