Bypassed Password
This is a bug report.
I used Adobe Pro DC to encrypt documents for emailing to outside agencies among other things. Today, I discovered after sending a document to a co-worker for review, the default PDF reader on Windows allows access without the password required... simply by hitting the cancel options. I spoke with the Adobe Pro help line for an hour today and they asked me to write this report. The application used is called Windows reader, when opened you cannot print or edit but you can view the document without any obstacles, I was also able to take a screen shot of the protected document and email it. This is a security risk for our company and I assume it defeats the purpose of the "open with password" feature.
Feel free to email me with follow up question, my company has been notified and we are taking necessary precautions to protect our data, we will be discounting the use of Adobe Pro for encryption. Thank you.

The admin comment does not apply to my issue, since I wasn't using Microsoft Edge.

Dear user,
Did the document you tried printing from Microsoft edge have password printing permissions allowed?
Please open the document and press CTRL+D. This should show you the Document Restrictions Summary where all the operations that are allowed and that are not allowed are listed.
If the document does not have "Printing" as "allowed", the document cannot be printed from edge. -

I also able to bypass and print an Adobe Pro Password Protected file using Microsoft Edge.
