highlighter tool
1) need a way to click highlight over and over w/o having to reselect the highlighter tool
2) need a way to go from a selected tool (stamp, highlighter, etc) to hand or select tool quickly (example: dbl right click mouse)

Hi Bryan,
Thank you for contacting Adobe. Regarding your queries
1) Open comments app and you can use "Keep Tool selected" pin to keep highlight or other tool in selected mode
2) Pressing "Esc" will deselect the currently selected tool and revert the cursor back to Select tool. You can also enable "Single key accelerators from Preference->General->Use single-key accelerators to access tools. Once this is enabled, pressing "H" from keyboard on a pdf will change the cursor to Hand tool.
