Bug: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for which I pay money does not work properly i.e. PDFs that DO HAVE at least two layers are never shown.
Scanned PDFs that are made searchable and editable DO HAVE at least two layers, but my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC does not show the layers when I click on the layers icon. I really want to talk to a human being of the Adobe REAL support team and have this issue fixed - I tried the chatting - it is useless!!! Please give me the opportunity to talk to a real ADOBE support person!!! I pay a lot of money every month and this issue is going on since quite a while!!! I have attached an example of a file I personally scanned and made searchable with adobe tools - this should be two layers one image and one text right?
Looking forward to your response Patricia: My e-mail: roess@lbtainc.com
This is not a bug but as designed. So closing this thread.

Reading your note about business events in the UK reminded me how sometimes I need a break from work after busy weeks. I came across https://vegashero.com.es and liked that they offer special promotions for players in Spain. I tried some sot games, and the experience was fast and fun. Even with small bets, I could enjoy myself and relax a bit. It’s an easy way to take a break and have a few minutes of entertainment.

Hi Patricia,
We are sorry for the confusion here. But the layer of text you are referring to here is actually not a typical "layer" here but only hidden text which is overlayed on the Image below. This is why one can't see it in layers section not can perform the layer operations on it. Acrobat is not working incorrectly, it is just that this functionality has different underlying logic to implement OCR text rendering.
Thanks,
Rishabh
