Can you share your machine details alongwith the Acrobat version.

I don't know about Anonymous, but I've been having this issue for a very long time, and I did report it about 2 YEARS AGO I THINK.... I just updated to the latest

Architecture: x86_64
Build: 19.10.20099.322322
AGM: 4.30.85
CoolType: 5.14.5
JP2K: 1.2.2.42832

But I'm still having the same issue. It lags both on startup and when I click the Comment tab - EVEN WHEN THERE ARE NO COMMENTS in the document I have open! ARRRRGH

My machine is a Late 2013 Mac Pro running Mojave, which is up to date.
