Fix bug in Comments Summary that randomly does not print comments at bottom of pages.

Summary of Comments - numbered
If a page has many comments the page may generate more then 1 comments page. Sometimes a comment is split over 2 pages (fine) and randomly the spillover is not on the next page (not fine).
Is Adobe going to fix this issue?

    Dear User,
    Apologies for late response!
    If the issue still persists in the latest Adobe Acrobat,
    please share following info so that we can try to reproduce at our end:
    -Snapshot of the comment summary layout used, please see the attached snapshot which I am using for reference.
    -System Win/Mac with version info
    -Adobe Acrobat version
    -How frequent the issue is getting reproduced at your end?
