Customize individual tool selections in toolbar
Allow users to customize the toolbar- add some (not all) drawing markup tools, comment tools, editing tools, highlight tools, without having to add an entire group. There are tools in a group that I never use, but I must select a group and wait for it to load, rather than seeing all my frequent tools at one time.

Thank you, Rohit. Can there be additional navigation to get to customizing the toolbar? It should be available inside Preferences as well since it's not intuitive that you would right-click to customize. Thanks for letting us know.

It seems weird to have to open a document to use the quick tool to scan a new document. Seems like it would be better to customize the tool bar (when the program opens) to scan a new document.

Apparently there is also a way to create a custom tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/workspace-basics.html?scid=926de72c-a7ca-41b7-8b20-b3ac863bb836&mv=social&mv2=owned_social#custom_tool

Thank you for sharing your concern.
You can customize your toolbar to contain commenting and other tools. Please follow steps belowStep1: Open any pdf and right click on top toolbar(just above the pdf content)
Step2: Click on "Customize Quick Tools"
Step3: A new Customize quick tools windows appears.
Step4: Select the desired tools from "Choose tools to add" section
Step5: Select the individual tool from different categories
Step6: After selecting the tool click on "Up arrow" on right side of window
Step7: After adding the tool click on SaveOnce you have added the tools in toolbar you can directly use them from toolbar.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Rohit
