I just want to be able to quickly and easily select the hand tool or the select tool. One minute it's in the tool bar the next minute it's n

I just want to be able to quickly and easily select the "hand" tool or the "select" tool. One minute it's in the tool bar - the next minute it's not. I cannot work out the logic for when they do (or don't) appear or - more importantly - how to make them a permanent fixture in the tool bar.

    I'm re-opening this because I have exactly the same problem described above. I can't see, nor can I find the "hand" or "select" tools ANYwhere. Help!

    Thanks for getting back to me Ayush.
    It's quite bizarre but since you responded to my problem it hasn't re-occured for me... the hand and select tool have always been visible.
    I don't know if there has been a software update of if my preferences have changed but it no longer seems to be a problem.

    Hello David,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for your queries.
    If your page controls are docked in the top toolbar, the Hand and the select tool will always be visible on your Top toolbar by default. I see no way how these tools could be made to disappear from the toolbar (Unless we Explicitly Undock the Page Control) and then they appear as Floating window (HUD) .

    However, as you are facing this issue, I would request you to kindly send me a snapshot of your Acrobat window in such a state when these tools are not visible for you.
