Being about to type equations when you're editing PDFs.
My professors take out certain parts of their powerpoints so students have to go to class to be able to fill in the PDF of the powerpoints. But, sometimes, I need to fill in equations but there is no way to add them like you can in Microsoft's equation editor.
Despite the broad community of academics, students and professionals that would value and pay for an easy, more sophisticated way to add equations and formulas to an annotation, Adobe seems indifferent to this slumbering potential!
You might want to give Okular (https://okular.kde.org/) a try which supports the rendering of LaTeX formulas in annotations.
You can use subscript and superscript options in Right hand of the page in EditApp to write the equation.
Let us know if it helps.
