Signature feature will not load

When I click to add a signature, it is just stuck saying "Loading" or "Retrieving your Information". Not sure what's up.

I am having the same issue. My saved signatures are no longer accessable and I cannot get beyond "Retrieving your information..." - it's keeps spinning.

I am on the latest Pro DC version. My OS is: Sierra 10.13.2
