Bug: Crashing when using forms
Program was working fine, then I left for a few hours and now whenever I click Prepare Forms the program crashes

Please share more details, such as the version of acrobat and the OS alongwith the steps followed to be able to reproduce the crash.
You can also use http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatmonitor.html to capture crash dump and share the logs with us.
