acrobat can't open word doc on mac

That’s a great way to fix the problem.. just close the case to make it go away. Meanwhile, nothing is fixed

Office 365 subscription . Word version 16.10 (180210)I am trying to combine multiple .doc files into a single .pdf . The process hangs when word is opened, wheels just spin. Same if I just try and open a single .doc file in acrobat
