E-signed PDF Files Became Password Locked Unintentionally
At the time I got e-signed PDF files from our business partner I could open the files. However suddenly the files got password locked although nobody didn't make password lock on the file.
This phenomena happens under specific environments and not happens under another specific environments I write following.
As additional information, I indexed PDF files including above files. Nevertheless almost all of indexed PDF files haven't gotten password locked, so that I cannot attribute the reason of unintentional password lock to indexing.

Correct status should be ‘Implemented’. ‘Resolved’ is used when we resolve a customer’s concern without making any changes in the software.

After updating Adobe Acrobat DC to ver.15.006.30417, I could open problem files.

- Is there specific processes for this phenomena
- This phenomena happens both in "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" and "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC"?2. TEMPORARY SOLUTION
- How can I unprotect this unintentional-encrypted PDF files which noboy knows that passwords.3. TIME
- As I mentioned above, I would like to know when the fix version will be released.
(We distributed many PDF files to our clients on daily basis, so this issue really badly influence on our business, and I strongly hope this resolved as soon as possible.)Thanks for your kind cooperation.

You mean fix version of both of "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" and "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC " will be released?
