Acrobat Pro 2017 crashes after scanning EVERY TIME
Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 crashes every time I try to scan a document, if I don't leave the default settings in place. I cannot use the default settings, I need it to scan and OCR DOUBLE-SIDED documents. This has stopped our work process completely.
PLEASE don't tell me to upload the crash report to your cloud, I do not have "toll access" whatever that is to do that. We are using stand-alone copies of Pro, not utilizing the cloud (we work with confidential materials so cannot do this by federal law).
I am so behind on my work and have spent literally HOURS reinstalling, looking for updates that don't exist, checking scanner drivers, etc. I am so disappointed in your product I could SCREAM. We never had these problems with Pro 11.
I have gone through all of your support help, looked at all the previous requests for help (surprisingly NONE of them show "resolved" or even have helpful comments). I need a solution NOW.
