Acrobat 2017 PDFMaker Not a valid Add-in
There is a currently unidentified issue in our organization that is preventing the Adobe Acrobat 2017 PDFMaker Office 2016 add-in from functioning in any office product.
The add-in shows up in the "Inactive add-ins" tab in the office options. When you try to reactivate the add-in, it fails, give the following error: "Load behavior: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in". If you delete, and then attempt to reinstall the add-in, the installation will fail giving this next error:" "C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2017\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll" is not a valid Office Add-in." We have done complete Uninstall/Reinstall's of both Acrobat 2017 and Office 2016 to no avail. We have also made sure that both pieces of software are up-to-date at the time of creating this report.
We are a Windows 7 64-bit shop. The expectation is that the "Acrobat" Tab in Office 2016 is present and it is not and as such we lose the functionality that comes along with it.
We are closing this case from our end as there had been no response from your side. Feel free to reopen a new case if you are still facing this issue.
Thanks
Tanvi

I have the exact issue as above and so far have not found a resolution. Has anyone else seen this issue and is there a solution for this?
