In my case, I would like to be able to compose the email myself, instead of having Adobe Sign send a generic email that is busy looking and (my signees atleast) find confusing, and ignore most of the details/instructions.
I currently compose an email with roughly the same subject line off to the side of my screen that I click send on about 15 seconds after I receive the Adobe Sign confirmation in my inbox. It has clearer instructions and a much simpler appearance.

I was charged $119 for one yr. for my laptop’s PDF Pack. All prior reminders for this which is on auto-pay stated this Pack would stay the same at $69.99/yr. l contacted an online Chat. Due to wait and remarks I said cancel all. Rep stated would get back $100 00. I received email if I wanted to reactivate, which I tried to do but they refused my email reply because I had earlier said cancel. They sent data used for creative cloud stating do not authorize refunds on yearly paid—I spoke of PDF Pack only. No one will help. If they will refund over charge I would like to reactivate my account. Why are they so mean? I was suppoed to have access tthru creative cloud to my files. HELP
