Acrobat for Windows and Mac: Creating PDFs

When trying to convert email to .pdf in Outlook, the conversion fails at 248 emails and then removes the Adobe Acrobat Add-In from Outlook.

Could you please share the version of office and Acrobat you are facing issue on. It will be helpful to reproduce and isolate the issue in-house.
