Remove the 'share', 'feedback', 'learn', 'notification' and 'profile' buttons
Remove the 'share', 'feedback', 'learn', 'notification' and 'profile' buttons.
these buttons are rarely (possibly never) used by the average pdf user.
even if they are used by some, they should be removable, just like any other tools on the 'customizable' quick access tool bar.
it is very annoying to have 5 big buttons getting priority over the customizable tool bar. I add and remove the buttons i need on the quick access tool bar, and they end up being hidden by 5 big useless buttons.
move these buttons to the help menu, where they belong.

Unfortunately, many time the 'developers' introduce stuff that's useless because they have no clue as to how the programs are actually used.

This is maddening that it's been an issue for more than 4 years and Adobe hasn't fixed it?! What the eff are the monthly fees we're paying being used for?

When the uservoice feedback icon appears it steals form focus which is massively unproductive in a business environment.
The uservoice api adn all other api's should load before document load. -

I also wish they can allow different options for the share menu. Currently, the only options one has is link, mail, and collaboration. When you click share it always opens the option to add people and it adds the document to acrobat adobe instead of giving me different options to share documents through Airdrop, email, WhatsApp, messages, or any other share option available on the Mac share sheet menu.

After years of using versions 6 thru X I was forced to move to DC Pro, which I believe is a complete nightmare.
The user should have the ability to hide the four buttons on the upper right of the menu bar. I do not 'share,' collaborate, provide feedback, or need tutorials.
Another example of a GUI designed by idiots who have no idea how their products are used.

Remove the big blue "Share" button for real and quit lying and saying this has been addressed

Oh, yeah, they're 'resolving' this issue. By ADDING ANOTHER UNWANTED SHARE BUTTON. Way to listen to your customers, adobe.

Today is May 1st 2022. The blue share button, Adobe tutorials, Adobe profile buttons is still prioritised over all other customisable tools along the toolbar.
Acrobat version: Pro 2020.
Please fix this bug in future updates and have it permanently removed in all future versions.

ADOBE PLEASE LET US HIDE THESE BUTTONS!!! They take up space for buttons that we actually use. They are RARELY ever used.
Also, the HOME, TOOLS, DOCUMENT on the left side.

All of the functionality of the rarely-used "Home", "Tools", "Document" buttons, as well as the right-side "Share link" . . . "profile" buttons (all highlighted red), are easily accessible using keyboard shortcuts and/or menu commands. Yet the inability to remove them results in us frequently not being able to see the other Toolbar customizations we have made to enable more efficient use of the application (are highlighted green shows customized tools have been truncated). Please allow removal of these items from the toolbar. Those who will frequently use them will keep them. But the majority of Acrobat Pro users do not need them frequently enough for them to be given such immobile, prominent screen real estate.

If they're too stubborn to remove the buttons, at least have the quick tools take priority when the window is shrunk down. All my quick tools get truncated to a "...", but I can always see these 5 stupid buttons at all times. This is useful to literally no one.

Please allow uses to disable the "share" and "profile and settings" buttons. They take up too much space on the tool bar.

There is still an outstanding BUG REPORT on the Share Button in Acrobat Pro 2020 and I assume other versions of Acrobat.
I found an old post with multiple request to remove it and a reply from amukherj (Customer Success Manager, Adobe) saying the request had been honored and was in the latest update. NOTE: Your sight does not show dates, so I do not know when this was posted.
I have the latest update and still cannot remove the Share Button. So this appears to be a BUG that has still not been resolved. It would really be nice if this nagging waste of menu space was removed. When you have multiple windows open, having to waste space for poor design is a pain.

I found an old Feature Request with a number of votes asking to remove the "Big Blue Share Button" and a post from Adobe that the request was answered....
So why am I still looking at the Big Blue Share Button in Acrobat Pro 2020 with no option to remove it???
Adobe, please honor the request you said you would fix and make the Share Button optional. Obviously a LOT of people do not use it and do not want it wasting Menu Bar space.

I completely agreed. I am so annoyed by the menu bar! Who designed that thing? It is completely impractical.

I've found some various post on how to remove the Share Button from the Tool Bar, but those menu option are not in my (new) Acrobat Por 2020. So I'm assuming it is a BUG that they have disappeared with the latest version that I happened to recently download.
The waste of space with this unnecessary button is pretty excessive. Please fix this BUG ASAP so I can load my needed icons.
And so far I've not seen anything all that impressive with the latest version. So If this Share Button BUG cannot be resolved, I may be requesting a refund and looking at some of the other options out there.

The issue is the large blue "Share" button in the upper right hand corner of the toolbar. This consumes a lot of valuable toolbar space. I will never use this feature and would like to hide the button so I can make more use of the valuable toolbar with items that I do care about.
I find this issue was submitted before (https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/35605324-remove-the-big-blue-share-button) and is marked as being RESOLVED but the solution does not seem to work in Acrobat Pro 2020 for the Mac.

The share and Logon buttons take up lots of space. I'm in an environment where I never will use these buttons.
Allow the user to remove (disable) the share and logon buttons
