"an invalid json was specified"
I get the following error after specifying were the recipients should sign:
"Could not Send"
"an invalid JSON was specified"
It works when I send it to my personal email but doesn't work when i send it to the intended recipients.
I also tried to change the language and removed the special characthers and it didn't work.
Please help me with this.

The customer service at adobe suggested that I use a web browser to upload the documents and request the signature instead of directly making the request on the PDF folder, and it indeed worked.

Same issue here, but my error comes before I specify where recipients should sign.
It worked once, then no longer works with the same file sent to different recipients.
I restarted my computer just in case but no dice.
