Something that people need to understand is that the reason this isn't a feature has nothing to do with them "figuring it out". Adobe has some amazing programmers and web designers, and this would be simple to add in. It's not a feature simply because they don't need to add it.
The problem is that by adding this feature, Adobe would lose money from all of the people who would be reminded that they have a subscription. Probably a decent amount of people have CC subscriptions that auto-pay and they don't even remember they're paying. If Adobe started emailing out invoices, a lot of those subscriptions would get cancelled. So they're not going to spend developer time on a feature that would very likely cause them to lose money.
If there was more competition in this space, they might have more pressure to change it, but no company is going to drop photoshop from their procedures because they don't get an emailed invoice.

An additional frustration is that I'm almost positive they used to do this but stopped. I know they'll still email automatically if you have a VAT number so it's still possible, they're just choosing not to.

Call all your Adobe users and friends to vote for this feature! It is really bad to catch the invoices manually every time. Like many people said.... it is 2021!!! Where is the problem to send us the invoices via mail??? We do it every day for our customers like normal. PLEASE push this post!
@ Adobe: Please help us to safe time and money!

Email your transactions like every normal company in the world.

One more vote for monthly emailed invoice.
Having to log on and dig for each invoice (sometimes multiple forgotten invoices) to send to Accounting is painful.Surely we would get an emailed invoice or payment request if payment was not automatically deducted.

This was originally posted in 2017, in 2018 it was placed "Under Review." Absolutely shocking disregard for customer experience.

This is my only subscription service that does not send me a receipt every time they charge my card.

It's weird how grassroots organizations can do this, yet Adobe can't.

I just entered a VAT-number in my payment profile and suddenly Adobe started sending invoices to me by mail due to tax rules in europe. That solved it for me half way at least. Maybe this helps someone out there.

"Under Review" since January 10th 2018??? That's some in-depth review process!
I might just post something here every month that I'm required to log in, remember where the payments page is, download the invoice and email it myself to our accounts people. Since I'm wasting time anyway...

Adobe obviously does not care what their customers need. My organization will jump ship asap.

3 and a half years since raised, and under review by Adobe for 3 years. Microsoft and most other serious software companies I have subscriptions with can do it.
As long as Adobe gets paid automatically from my credit card, why bother making it easy for me to get my bill.
Funny for a company that touts its CX tools and it can't even make monthly billing seamless!

LOL. Every time I need something simple and obvious from every single provider, I find a 3-year old thread of people begging Adobe to implement it.

under review for three years? Is there any update from Adobe?
