User interface is the worst ever. Bring back the old interface
My idea is to bring back the old function interface.
The new user interface is the most inconvenient, inexplicable, poorly organized user interface I have experienced with any Adobe product.
In the future, interfaces should be tested with real live users and not code writers.
I wish there were a way to use a "legacy" interface.

I use Adobe Acrobat all day every day as an Architect and this new set up has made my job 10x harder. Are these even tested before sent out?
Switching to Blue Beam.

GIVEIVE US BACK THE OLD UI OR AT LEAST ALLOW US TO USE THE OLD UI. WE USE YOUR PRODUCT TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE, BUT YOUR ENGINEERS ARE SLOWING US DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHY DO YOU PUT THE STUFF IN EACH CORNER AND LEAVE NON-CUSTOMIZABLE SPACE EVERYWHERE??
Stop mucking with the UI and then offering annoying pop-up "tours" to make us waste time re-learning an interface. What's the matter with you guys??? Are you bored or something???

Mustafa Aljabal, you are a life saver. I can hardly figure out where anything is located on the three-line dropdown, but I found it.
Adobe thanks for returning the option of a functional Acrobat. You still have a lot of work before the new interface is ready for prime time, or even ready for the minor leagues.

I found an option where you can switch between the old user interface and the new user interface. If you are in the new version, go to the 3 lines, click down under View, and click Disable New Acrobat. The same way in the old version. See my screenshot.

It is not even 1st April, like what reason do you have for this new interface?

Your new interface is the worst thing to do to an excellent app like Adobe Reader.
If you have nothing to do, just don't go fixing things that are already working.
Why would anyone put the toolbar with the page numbers, the zoom to the right side?
Why?
It is this all new normal baloney you try to force on people.I have never had a hard time reading a pdf like today.
I had to look for the feedback option in that all **** of options to tell you FIRE WHOEVER DID THIS TO ADOBE READER INTERFACE!!!You're anti humanity, anti everything sound. Just go away.
Let adobe be!!
Like what other pdf reader should I use. I will look for an older version and reinstall.
Time wasters just.
Peace. -

I have been in software development for 30 years. If you make a UI change that has been standard since computer word processing has been existence, you have FAILED! What are you thinking moving the thumbnails to the right when the eye naturally looks left for that. Basic ergonomics you have ignored. If you think doing all of this is necessary, then make it customizable so real users can work in a natural manner. Allow us to put buttons at the top, where they belong, thumbnails on the left, and completely hide those we don't use.

I am so frustrated with the new interface that I felt I had to go to this website to comment, but find that others are also equally or more so having the same issues with the new interface.
The new design is so badly designed that I am shocked that Adobe UI/UX team has done this. Toolbars are moved, there is a static non movable toolbar that is stuck over the top of my pdf's. The nearly entirely empty command bar is now devoid of any useful tool. They have been moved to the side or onto the mindlessly stupid floating toolbar.
My productivity levels have decreased massively. There is nothing good about the new version and I am now attempting to uninstalling this version and going back to versions which make sense. If I cannot do this under the subscription model it will force me (and other Adobe customers) to alternative pdf solutions.

They will never give an explanation, that's for sure.

I notice that no one from Adobe has even bothered to offer an explanation why a perfectly functional and working interface has been decimated.
Adobe, what problem were you trying to solve? If the solution intends to make Acrobat inefficient and difficult to use, you have succeeded.

The most recent update has the worst user interface and is also very confusing; while Adobe apps always have a good user interface and are simple in most of their apps, Adobe Acrobat's user interface is bad this time.

I felt gaslighted. The change is so completely senseless that it took me a minute or two to realize what was going on. Then I searched for a way to revert the workspace (as in other Adobe apps). Then I came here.
Whoever thought this was a good idea, and the person(s) who signed off on it before release, should go get some formal training in UX and UI design, and in usability testing. This really isn't an app for amateurs to be fiddling with.

I second this. I have sought out this forum to see if there is a way to revert back to the previous version. Its so difficult to use now that its causing major frustration.
