Complaints on New UI
I use Acrobat DC. I recently started using the new UI in December 2023. I think it is much worse than the previous UI. Functions that used to be in the top menu bar are now divided into two menu bars on the sides of the screen, while the area where they used to be is just an empty bar, a complete waste of space. This means there is a narrower part of the screen for the document. Maybe this is why they made it so that you can either see comments, or see bookmarks, but not both at the same time (to increase the width of the document area). But I want to be able to see bookmarks to the left of the document and comments to the right of the document like it used to be. Then I can navigate to different places in the document using the bookmarks and add comments without switching back and forth between the two. The one good thing is you can go back to the old UI under Menu button > Disable new Acrobat.

Your desktop screen is far too cluttered and the text size is vanishingly small, when increased you end up scrolling forever. In consequence Adobe PDF viewer is the last choice for me, its use is not at all user-friendly and a re-design is required to make it a usable option. Your Android version is passable, but it is not always convient to edit A4 documents on a phone.
