Commenting using dual high- and low-res monitors
Opening multiple Acrobat windows on separate displays causes problems with the resolution calculation in the comments panel, if the screen scaling is different for the two screens.
I'm using the latest release version of Windows 10 Professional, and one panel is 3840 x 2160 at 150% scaling, and the other is 1920 x 1080 at 100% scaling. Acrobat is Acrobat Pro DC 2020.006.20042.
Ordinarily Acrobat rescales correctly as you move windows between screens, but the comments panel seems to have an application-wide display scaling (unlike the rest of the UI) and whichever screen you use most recently ALSO changes the…

Stamp Related - Shortcut
Add in Stamp (of an actual stamp that been created) shortcut to the tool bar where you can set its default properties (Size etc opacity) for when that instance has been added to a page, and then what happens next ie is it pinned or does it revert. This gives flexibility for handling large number of document or just a small amount. Being able to save a couple of clicks everytime would be a big help and something I think would improve a lot of peoples work flows. Thank you. Gabi

I absolutely HATE the DC Pro interface; it's about as unfriendly to standard business users who use it for document review as it can get!
This is an impossible interface. Go back to the drawing board and look to the layouts before you 'streamlined for mobile devices' which is not how most of use use Acrobat Pro for routing documents in review.

Working with sticky notes - date showing
I would like to have the date show up in the sticky note.
Currently, only the Author and time show up.
Why not have all three? It would be very helpful, as I currently have to key in today's date every time I enter an order or if I reply to the sticky note.

Disable popup when selecting text
Would you disable, or at least provide an option to disable, a popup when highlighting a text? This is very annoying because this occludes text I am currently reviewing. Please do not interfere with the user's intended task. It is up to the users who will decide what to do with the highlighted text - after reviewing it thoroughly. Blocking it with the pop up interferes the work process.

Acrobat Pro DC
The Highlighter yellow is very faint since the last update. It comes full color when drawing but upon release of the mouse button it fades away.

Remove @ symbol from comments box
Cannot find how to remove the @ symbol in the comments box. Do NOT want to "post" comment and is annoying when having to copy / paste info from the comments.

Surface pen annotation on Acrobat is jagged and not smooth
Other apps write very smoothly. Even the Apple Pencil on Acrobat on iPad isn't that bad, but the Surface pen on a desktop is so ugly that I can't share it with clients/customers. Please fix!

Checking comments by keyboard lags
Acrobat 20.6.20034.366983 on Mac OSX 10.14.6
Open a PDF with comments and select comment pane.
Select a comment with the cursor.
Press shift-K. The comment's checkbox should be checked.
Instead, nothing happens.
Press down arrow to move to next comment. The checkbox gets checked.
The reverse also holds true--when using the keyboard to uncheck a comment, the checkmark doesn't get cleared until you navigate off the comment.
In the video, the box is getting checked only when I hit the down arrow key and move to the next comment. You can also see the reverse, except one time (the comment…

change acrobat DC to DO. DESKTOP ONLY
Buy a dictionary or, better yet, use your iPad to lookup the meaning of ANY. On your website it says DC pro WORKS ON ANY DEVICE.
There are millions of these new things called tablets sold every year (for the last 10 years) Send someone from marketing back to elementary school to learn about ANY. When they get to law school, attend the class on false and misleading. REALLY disappointed with Adobe.

Comment window stuck open
It is possible to highlight text, but not enter anything in the comment box (no need to in my case). Eventually, the comment box locks in place and you can't close it.
Workaround: save and close the document and re-open it.1 vote -
Ctrl+F -- Highlight Existing Search Text When Doing a New Find
In previous versions the Ctrl+F box would appear and you would type your text and hit enter. When searching your next text using the Ctrl+F shortcut would automatically highlight the last search text so you could automatically start typing your new 'find' text. With the new update, it doesn't highlight the last search text, instead it puts the cursor at the end of your last text making you backspace the text or stop and click to highlight the text. This is a huge efficiency loss!! Please help!

checkmarks need to be not user-specific (or set status should be more easily accessible)
(checked) checkmarks should be visible for others that open the file > that way you can share which comments are done and which are not.
Orrr make the status more accessible so you don't have to right click / drop down to check it. If you have over 100 comment to check it is too tedious a job :)2 votes -
Translating Tool
Hi to all
A translating tool is definitely a must. At present I have to export to word, translate, copy, paste and edit. The same goes for high versions of correction tools.

Option to Hide Name of Comment Author and Date of Comment
In a long document with multiple comments, the name of the comment author, and date of the comment, clutters up the actual comments and makes them difficult to read. It would be much cleaner if there were an option to hide the name of the comment author and date of the comment in the comments panel. Thank you

the term search freezes and black rectangular blocks cover variable places on page +(not responding)
This version is unusable due to unstable flickering, with slowed down response to page scrolling, freezing search, or black rectangular shapes covering the whole page or partially the content.
At this level, there are no ideas to be suggested since the very basic functions are affected1 vote -
COMMENTS: Changing text size & color works once then doesn't popup.
Changing text size / color used to work fine until a forced update to Acrobat DC today to 19.021.20048.
Now selecting a comment and changing text size or color seems to work the first time I try to use the feature after opening the document.
After that I either don't get the popup to change text size / color; or if the popup shows and I click on the color box (change color) no additional popup for color change comes up.

Right click on comment to resolve
When right-clicking a comment in Acrobate DC, I get the option to delete it, but to mark it as 'resolved', I have to use the comment column. Deleting a comment is not preferred, because it leads to the reviewers thinking they have missed a spot, while a resolved comment still gets highlighted when they go the document. It would be much easier for all those quick fixes to be able to resolve them on the spot instead of having to look them up and resolve them in the comments pane.
