1. The upgrade reports an error

   The upgrade gives an error and has reloaded for 4. I have also tried resetting the computer as well as deleting Adobe and reinstalling it. It still doesn't load though and so I can't edit the desired document.
   Update: The next day. Now it no longer reports an error but stops at 90% and stays there. I left it twice for an hour, but the % didn't change or it didn't load. I also restarted both the program and the computer. Nothing.

2. Floating "quick tool" menu and "All Tools" panel disappear

   On Mac, ctrl-cmd-H is used to highlight text. But when I accidentally typed that sequence in Acrobat, it made both the "quick tool" floating menu AND the "All Tools" panel vanish. Since I didn't know what I'd done to make them vanish, I had no way to bring them back: there is no item anywhere in the Acrobat menu that allows that.

   Fortunately restarting the Acrobat app makes the floating menu reappear. I finally worked out how I was making it vanish and realized that typing ctrl-cmd-H would bring it back. But there should be an option under View-Show/Hide to accomplish this.

   There is also nothing in the online documentation describing this behavior or any method of hiding the floating menu. Documentation should be updated.

3. Bug: "Automatically save document" does not work

   There is no point to adjusting "Automatically save document changes to temporary file every _ minutes." I have it set to 1 minute, but when Acrobat crashed, it recovered the document I started with over an hour ago-no saves since I started. This happens regularly, regardless if I save local or to Adobe cloud storage.
   If I have to duplicate the time spent compiling my study notes, I might as well go back to physical printouts that save in real time, and scan to make searchable if needed.

4. Add more editing tools/capabilities

   Please add tools like "line" and "shape" to the Editing tab. I would think that a program with this many users would include simple tools like this.

   Yes, I know there are Commenting tools that do this. However, I do not want them to show up as comments in the document - I want these objects to be part of the PDF itself.

5. Cut/Copy/Paste is broken

   I am unable to copy a page from one PDF and paste to another PDF. I never had this problem in the previous versions. Now when I try to copy/paste, I get an error.

6. Let us edit the documents quickly and without searching for useful tools

   When a person must edit a document, it normally means changing some text. Which could be (interestingly) bolding a word. Or using the same font that is being used all over the document.

   Now if you wish, I can send you a PDF and you try to do that simple task. Especially in the newest Adobe Acrobat.

   But most probably you have some PDF documents yourself around.

   I really hope you will somehow grasp the difference between "normal" editors which allow you to simply select the text and bold it and the worldwide know tool Adobe Acrobat where you:

   1. Open the document
   2. Wait for all the wonders and boxes and messages to appear so you can close them
   3. Click on "Edit" and wait that it turns everything on again
   4. Add a text box and type something in
   5. Try to figure out how to change the size of the font in that box
   6. Still trying
   7. Still wondering
   8. Still researching
   9. Giving up
   10. Leaving it unbolded and just save and send

   It is really amazing how such a huge development team can come up with... this new version.

8. Cannot insert multiple pages - inserted pages are duplicates of one page

   When I go to add multiple pages to my PDF, the same page is inserted multiple times, rather than the different pages I have selected.

9. Unable to edit objects

   I created this PDF from blank page in Acrobat and now I am unable to edit the images in this file. It can't be selected using bounding box. I believe this is a bug.

11. Editing Panel has no properties on it - it is blank

    Ever since the new update/release came out of Adobe Acrobat Pro, when I click "edit," none of the properties show up in the panel where they are supposed to be displayed. Ugh.

13. Split Pages Output Options Bug

    Ever since the last update, when I change the output options for splitting pages they seem to be ignored. I like to split into 1 page, with NO label and NO separator. Even when I uncheck the boxes for these things the files are still labeled with PART and _. I have also deleted these from the prefilled boxes and they still show up. This costs me extra time since I have to alter the file names of each page to delete the label and separator.

    It'd also be nice to have defaults like there used to be- now it defaults to 2 pages and the output options already checked.

14. Text not editible after highliting for a while

    the text on the web client becomes un editable if you highlight it and don't do anything for ~15+ seconds

15. Highlighting stops working

    After typing in a PDF, the highlight feature, which pops up automatically when one selects text, stops working. One must select 'edit' and then 'document' to turn it back on. This is wasted effort and time when one does a lot of highlighting - quite common when reading scientific papers

16. Bug: file jumps back a number of pages after rotating a page

    When rotating a single page in a multi-page document, the document will jump back a number of pages, requiring me to scroll back to the page I just rotated. This happens about 80% of the time that I rotate a page with no observable action that causes the jump.

18. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THIS INTERFACE?!

    I edit PDFs on the regular and the old system was easy, I could run through it with minimal fuss. A lot of the PDFs I receive are scanned and come through upside down. I could click and drag pages from one PDF to another by hovering over the tab and drop it into the new PDF. I could rotate the whole document and drag and drop pages into the document with all the pages oriented in the same direction.

    Now... well...

    I can rotate the whole document with a keyboard shortcut which is nice, except when I go to edit a page, where the stupid UI re-orients it back to the original orientation WTF?? Dragging and dropping requires me to open the document I want to drag a page from into its own window, window both documents and drag from there. AND THEN IT FLIPS THE PAGE UPSIDE DOWN! I've tried dropping the pages in before I rotate the document AND IT GOES THE OPPOSITE TO EVERYTHING ELSE!!

    If I add an Image, it will crash the program unless it is the first thing I do.

    I can't believe I'm paying $28 AUD a month for you to muck with my work and make my job harder. Seriously considering cancelling and moving to Edge.

    Bring back the old version or I'm gone.

19. Cannot add signiture in the new Acrobat

    In the new Adobe Acrobat App for Win 11 it is not possible for me to sign a document by adding a signiture. I have already 2 signitures and tried to replace one with another by clicking the x to remove one. x does not work and I couldnt figure out how to add/change/remove a signiture.
