    Make the table with editable content able to expand to show all the content rather than that ugly scroll bar. MS Word has this function, I don't want Adobe to feel like a retrograde step.

  2. Copying check boxes in forms. Bug report

    Bug report: When copying a set of check boxes by creating multiple copies. The new sets have the checkboxes in a different order than the copied set.

    Suggestion: The copied fields should be in the same order as the original set. The naming system could be improved.

  5. Can't modify a newly added field without exiting Prepare From

    Maybe this is recent because I've been making fillable pdfs for years, but I have an issue where I'm adding several fields, like text or checkboxes, I can't modify those new fields because Prepare Form has my cursor stuck making new fields. It seems like I have to exit out of Prepare Form completely and then go back into it just to modify an existing field. The easiest option would be for users to just click again on the selected "Add Form Components" section for that option to be deselected, returning the cursor back to it's initial setting.

  6. Adobe Acrobat Greek encoding problems

    Your Adobe Acrobat application is still dealing with the problems of the 1990s.

    Are you supposed to be a top software company and still have trouble coding in different languages?

    You see the following problem in Greek, when you fill out a form, the suggestions it makes are I don't understand.

  7. highlights deleted

    I highlighted pertinent portions of over 15 legal cases for a research assignment. Adobe went through an update and deleted all of my highlights, costing me over 50 hours of work on a writing assignment that's due in five days. My entire Thanksgiving will now be spent re-researching and re-reading for every waking minute. I've tried every method on google to recover the highlights. Nothing.

  8. Allow more then 16 digits in a form field with security

    When typing a number longer then 16 digits in a form field who's security is set to "numbers" and then clicking out of the field, Acrobat auto changes the last few digits to random numbers. For instance, I was trying to type 12345678901234567890 into the "account number" field and when I tab/click out of that field to the next, it is changed to 12345678901234567168". Removing the security resolves the issue, but the client wants to only allow numbers to be entered into this field.

  9. Formatting

    In "Add a Text Field", in Properties -> Options, there is an option for "Alignment" - Left, Center, Right.

    Please provide an Alignment option in List of choices and Dropdown List also.

  11. Stopped using Adobe as my default for PDF

    Due to the excessive security when attempting to sign to any app or service involving PDF files I no longer use Adobe as my trusted application or service because of the friction and steps it takes to use PDF files - even signing on to this feedback service I had to use a Google login - this has driven me away from all Adobe product and I am a yearly subscriber -

  12. Using Hebrew to fill a form crashes acrobat

    When filling out a PDF form in Hebrew it crashes.

    The good news is that I found a fix: If I change the first field in the form to right to left (it is left to right by default) It does not crash anymore.

    It would be great to have the Layers feature in Acrobat. That way a person could always have signatures visible and not hidden behind a form field!

  14. Find text issue

    When using the Find Text Tool, it doesn't recognize symbols anymore (e.g. : ; #), and for entertainers, actors, editors, etc, reading a script on PDF, this is a huge issue because that symbol is the only differentiating factor in looking through 100s of pages of dialogue (e.g. "Bill was running to the scene" vs "Bill: Hi, everyone!"). Now people have to spend hours going through a script instead of minutes.

  15. Bug: I can't use custom Adobe fonts in text form field in my pdf

    I installed a couple of fonts from Adobe Fonts site. Namely Blue Goblet and Typeka. I installed on my computer using Adobe Cloud. However, for some reason I can select Blue Goblet as a font for a text form field (under "Appearance") with no errors, and it shows perfectly on any computer and on other pdf readers as well (Chrome, Edge etc) but when I select Typeka font it gives this error:

  16. Link alternate description

    Since the 6/6/23 update, has anyone else noticed that the new "Alternate Description for Links" field does not work? Text can be entered into the field but screen reader does not read. Tested with JAWS 2023, 2022, and NVDA (2023.1.0.27913).

  17. Save AS Feature Back to way it was

    Please change the update back to allow Save As to be functional upon PDF pop up instead of having to access the file in Windows File Explorer to save and rename. What a disjointed process.

  18. Last version of Adobe Acrobat (Aug. 8) crashing upon applying digital signature

    Since the update of Adobe Acrobat Pro / Reader on Aug. 8, the software crashes upon applying a digital signature on a specific form of mine. After JavaScript is done executing, the prompt for digital signature does not appear, and the software crashes. If under a specific case, I manage to reach the prompt for digital signature, and I would cancel, the software crashes. The signature can be applied only when the user follows specific steps, but it has to be done every time the signature must be applied.   19. Acrobat Multi-line feature should not scale to fit til data input

    For Multi-line fields, text input should not scale till width of field is reached and wraps to next line. Currently when creating a field set to text that Auto sizes, it scales to width of line and then starts getting smaler, then add multi-line to that and it should wrap to next line and only start scaling when the field is full and you can't fit any more text it visibly.   20. Add "EIN" as a formatting option in Adobe Pro

    Add "EIN" as a formatting option in Adobe Pro using > Edit pdf > More Tools > Prepare Form > (highlight field) Properties > Format - drop-down choices include Social Security Number, Zip Code, etc.
    I had a field formatted using what shows as "Arbitrary Mask" but the formatting created an error which started recently. I did correct things but lost my tab order.
