LTV enabled signature becomes Non LTV enabled automatically in Adobe Acrobat
A digital signature showing as "LTV enabled" in the signature panel of Adobe reader becomes "not LTV enabled" if in 'Signature Verification Preferences' dialog that opens (In Edit > Preferences, under categories, select Signatures.. From the Verification box in the Digital Signatures panel, select More...)
, we deselect the Require certificate revocation checking to succeed... checkbox.
However, the same signature again becomes LTV enabled if we select Require certificate revocation checking to succeed... checkbox.
It is a bug in Adobe Acrobat (latest version).

SUSPICIOUS ALERT ON MAIN MENU
An alert message "billing problem" is shown on the main menu. When you click on it, a new window opens asking you to renew your credit card credentials, when mine is active until 2024. Fortunately, the script fails and when you cancel it an error 12000 message is shown.

I locked the document with Acrobat password and did not provide the document for printing or modification. The https://www.ilovepdf.com website provided the password cracking function to the public, which violated my document protection.
My colleague took the file I password-protected with Acrobat and went to Unlock PDF on the https://www.ilovepdf.com website, and got a file that was completely unprotected by password and can be edited at will. Moreover, this website provides Unlock PDF to any user without any charge. I am very angry. I paid for the password protection feature in Creative Cloud and the website https://www.ilovepdf.com was compromised.

Allow longer or custom "Max session life" setting
The max session life option is currently 14 days. Our users have complained about having to sign in too often. Can we please have the option for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or even allow a custom value as everyone has different security requirements. There is the option for "Not set" which is good to have but security requirements may need at least some limit.

Signing with certificate with 4096 key size does not work
Signing a PDF with certificate with 4096 key size does not work and results in an error when verifying the signature (ber decoding). Using certificate with 2048 key size works fine.

Security settings and filed formatting removed by Safari
When I click on a secure pdf and it opens in Safari, filling in any form field and then downloading will remove all security settings and field formatting. Date fields become text fields, font size becomes too large, file name appears instead of document title. If no form fields are clicked or filled in and it is immediately downloaded all the security settings and formatting remains intact as expected. Completing a fillable pdf in a browser and then downloading should not retain any values entered, nor should it remove the security settings of the document. This bug renders Adobe security…

BUG: Password not working on Apple Silicon
This bug is very repeatable. It affects Acrobat Pro on all M1 and M2 macs.
If you turn ON "Enable native OS mode for optimal performance" (under Preferences > General > Application Statup), you can't read a password protected PDF. You are prompted to enter the password, but it behaves as if you have typed in an incorrect password.
Turn it OFF and Acrobat Pro will accept passwords perfectly.

can't apply a digital signature
I can't apply a digital signature on my desktop. Adobe forces me to route it electronically and applies a signature that does not have my certificate details such as time date stamp and reason for signing.

Bug Report - unable to add password protection to my pdf files. Everytime I add a password and hit apply, the file is automatically renamed to a random series of letters and numbers, and I get a message box that says "Unable to save this file; cannot save to this file name."

Digitally Sign Keyboard Shortcut
Please add a keyboard shortcut to digitally sign a document. Every day I have dozens of documents I need to apply a digital signature. I have to click Certificates then the Digitally Sign button. With a keyboard shortcut I could incorporate it into a Dragon Script, and then I think it would also be available to use in the Action Wizard.

Option for Mandatory Handwritten/Image Signature
Please make an option for a handwritten/image signature to be mandatory in order for the client to sign.
(Our clients with special needs really struggle to find the fountain pen to do a handwritten signature. So they only type their name (default setting), and the funding body doesn't pay us.)

Bug?
I have a PDF report that requires I click on a JavaScript button in (apparently) Acrobat Reader with Acrobat JavaScript enabled. In Acrobat Pro DC, I have that enabled, but the button does not work. And since I have Pro, I don't appear to be able to install the simple Reader.

What are the benefits of shopping at a virtual mall?
Here are some key steps on how to create an effective online retail strategy:
Define your target audience. Who are you selling to? What are their needs and wants? Once you know who your target audience is, you can tailor your products, marketing, and branding to appeal to them.
Choose the right products. What products will you sell in your store? Make sure to choose products that are in demand and that you can source at a competitive price.
Set up a secure and user-friendly website. Your website is your storefront, so it's important to make sure it's secure and…1 vote -
Adobe Sign-In Improvement
Adobe Acrobat will prompt users to sign-in to Adobe.com when we need to sign documents. As a best practice, complex passwords are encouraged in all our accounts. Adobe.com enforces this by asking for passwords which must have:
1) Contains at least 8 characters
2) Contains both lower (a-z) and upper case letters (A-Z)
3) Contains at least one number (0-9) or a symbol
4) Does not contain your name or email address
5) Is not commonly used or a previous passwordAs a result, many of us, as an enterprise or as individuals have adopted password managers such as browser…

2FA user list
When working remote, we want to make sure that all employees have the 2FA enabled. To do this we think that the Admins on behalf of the Organization should be able to request or access a users list or a report that would fetch all the users that have 2-factor authentication enabled. This would help the Organization to maintain a level of security and would also help to reach out to those that have the 2FA disabled and assist them in enabling it.

Show locked (new June 2023 Acrobat DC)
The now "old" Acrobat used to show a big lock icon on a locked PDF, above the page display column. VERY useful. Now with the new and "improved" interface, that icon is gone. How about bringing that back, JUST so one can tell at a glance the security status of a PDF. Thanks.
