Limit Digital ID Creation and Use to Current User
Acrobat Sign permits the creation of a digital ID for anyone which creates the potential for misrepresentation of a signed document (I'm Joe and can create and use a signature for Jane). My government agency wants Acrobat Sign to only permit the logged-on user to create a digital ID, and then only permit that user to use their digital ID versus using another person's ID.

Accept "Invalid" signatures on backup documents
Signatures from other documents show up as "Invalid" when trying to combine documents into a package that I will then send for final approval and signatures in Adobe Sign. Please make a way to accept the digital signatures as is...
Example - a backup letter or document that was created from a word processing program (Word or Google Docs or some other program) includes a signature on it. That is then combined with other backup/files from the vendor and submitted to us as a PDF for processing a request. When I try to take those documents and include our own…1 vote -
sensitivity Labels
Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) Purview Labels show on Adobe reader by default upon install for Classification only labels.
When you are in Adobe Reader by default it does not show if there is a Sensitivity Label applied unless it has encryption. Would be good to have this on by default for all companies so when I share Confidential content they know this is labeled as such even though encryption is not there.
It seems the feature is there because I can make 2 Registry edits and it now shows there is a label and I get the option to change…1 vote -
Password bug
Protecting a document with a password - multiple bugs encountered in new update of Acrobat. On occasion, you can set a password to view the document and it works the first time, but then when trying to re-open the document a second time, it insists you are typing the password wrong and will not open. It may open if you restart your computer. Or not. On other occasions, it won't even let you set a password - "The document could not be saved - bad parameter". This is a critical error!! Document security is very important, and one of the…

Bug with security envelope password
With the new Adobe Acrobat update, the password for security envelopes is no longer required to open the document. When creating a security envelope, you select files to add, thus enabling multiple documents to be protected under one "envelope", requiring only one password to open them. When you create a "security policy" for that envelope (which you can continue using for future envelopes), normally it sets a password that you have to type in before you can open the envelope and see all the documents. This password no longer works and you can open the envelope freely. Adobe Support reinstalled…

Data bug: Outdated country list in digital ID creation form
The country list in the form for creating a Digital ID is outdated. For example, "Yugoslavia," a country that has not existed for over 30 years, is still listed. Additionally, several current countries are missing from the list. Please update the country list to reflect the current geopolitical landscape.

Redactions on Secured Documents
I downloaded bank statements from my bank. I would like to redact account numbers from the bank statements, but they have a security setting limiting me from "editing" the document. The security setting allows me to do many things, but I cannot redact the document. Is that because it is considered "Editing"?
Please add an option on the security setting allowing people to redact secured documents? or remove redactions from being classified as "Editing" in the security setting.

BUG: Document Timestamp not supported in Acrobat Cloud version
We have noted a bug with Acrobat Cloud version as the document timstamp no longer seems to be handle or recognized properly. Please see the word document with the captures of the output in the desktop version (windows) versus cloud version (Chrome). I'm also attaching the doc with the document.
The outcome should be same in cloud as in desktop.
If there is a problem with the document timestamp format, we would like to know what is wrong has this was supported before.

Option "allow further signatures" after signing with digital certificate does not work
When placing my own digital certificate (with visible signature), there are three options:
1) editing not possible;
2) edit the form and add further certificates;
3) add notes, edit the form and add more certificates.Unfortunately, the option 2) and 3) do not work properly, so when sending the PDF file that contains my digital signature and asking others to sign this document with their own certificates, the users are not able to proceed.
As I do need only one PDF file with all digital certificates within that file, is there any suggestion how to allow Acrobat Pro to run…

Display in Header Bar Whether PDF is Secure or Not
On the new Acrobat, there is no longer a way to quickly see if a doc is secure, at a glance. This needs to be more prominent, as PDF security is of utmost importance.

Prevent Google Drive from removing security features of a PDF document
I noticed that, after setting security features on a PDF (such as setting password to block copying and printing) and then uploading to Google Drive, there's a way that others can remove the features. I uploaded a secured PDF document to Google Drive. I can choose to print the document from Google Drive, and all the security features set previously are going. Hope Adobe can look into this issue soon.

Signed PDF is LTV enabled even if "Include signature's revocation status" is disabled while signing .
Observed behaviour:
The PDF generated by digitally signing in Adobe Acrobat is showing as LTV enabled in Adobe Reader/ Acrobat, even if the checkbox for "Include signature's revocation status" while signing is disabled in Preferences > Categories > Signatures > Creation and Appearance Preferences > When Signing.Expected behaviour:
if the checkbox for "Include signature's revocation status" while signing is disabled in Preferences > Categories > Signatures > Creation and Appearance Preferences > When Signing, then the signed PDF should not be LTV enabled. This is a bug in Adobe Reader/ Acrobat. Please rectify.

LTV enabled signature becomes Non LTV enabled automatically in Adobe Acrobat
A digital signature showing as "LTV enabled" in the signature panel of Adobe reader becomes "not LTV enabled" if in 'Signature Verification Preferences' dialog that opens (In Edit > Preferences, under categories, select Signatures.. From the Verification box in the Digital Signatures panel, select More...)
, we deselect the Require certificate revocation checking to succeed... checkbox.
However, the same signature again becomes LTV enabled if we select Require certificate revocation checking to succeed... checkbox.
It is a bug in Adobe Acrobat (latest version).
