  2. When I go to sign the pdf it does not load the save button so I have to exit and resign in order for me to save. Sometimes it take 2 time before I can get the pdf signed. Notice this bug a week and a half ago. Getting frustrating...

  3. Gern hätte ich die Möglichkeit mein unterschriebenes Dokument vor dem konvertieren in ein anderes Dateiformat (z.B. Word) zu schützen.

    Wenn man ein unterschriebenes Dokument nach Word konvertiert kann man sogar die Unterschrift wieder aus dem Dokument ziehen, Dies ist für mich kein sinnvoller Schutz.

  4. Adobe wont let me sign my documents, almost for every document I have to close adobe completely and then open it again and that's when it let me sign, it make me waist time. I use adobe every single day for work and I have to be in this predicament

    1. Bug: A checkbox that is marked as 'required' will always require to be checked in order to submit the form.

    Description:
    If a checkbox is used in an Adobe Sign template and is marked as 'required', the only way to submit the form when signing is if that checkbox is marked as 'checked'. If it is selected as 'checked' and then again as 'unchecked', the form cannot be submitted. This is of course not the wanted functionality, all other objects that have more than one selected status, even when marked as 'required' once visited, the 'required' requirement is met and…

  6. Having the possibility to add private messages/notes on transactions in workflows on Adobe Sign.
    There is already this feature but it is limited to Sender only while would be very helpful to allow also for the next Signers in the flow to do the same.
    The same feature is already implemented in all the major competitors software.

  7. We would like to request Adobe Sign product development consider enhancing the editing capabilities of both the “Request e-signatures” workflow as well as the “Publish/Create a web form” workflow. These flows both use a similar/identical initial screen which identifies the recipients or participants in the flow as well as “counter signers” and “CC” participants.

    It would be ideal if almost any field on this initial screen could be modified later after it had been initially entered. We find that very often after we have moved on to the “preview & add signature fields” screen(s) we discover something that needs to…

  9. The major name in Electronic Signatures has the ability to place a field that you can draw in. I would Adobe Sign to add this field type to their platform.

    We would like to use this feature as a solution for when multiple people are collaborating on a document in person and allow for people in the room to initial their approval on each line item rather than have to email the document to each user to review separately.

  10. When specifying a field in a web form on Mac (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox), selecting Name then Full Name for the form property looks like it is required, but when actually using the form, the field is NOT required and in fact is gone- can't be entered. Using Text as the type and then using "Full Name" as Tooltip works.

    I've tried clearing cache/cookies, restarting the browser, on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Only changing the field type has any effect. See screenshots.

  15. My company purchased an Acrobat Sign Enterprise package in March 2022. Since then we have applied AS to an integral business document. The document did not require setting up a Workflow but has worked successfully with Adobe Sign. As an administrator for our AS account, I can say with confidence that the main feature that attributed to the successful application of AS to this document is the option to “modify an agreement” before signed by the first signor.

  16. The signature disappears while Preforming a counter signature, if the document is already signed via Other Applications like DocuSign.

    Steps to Reproduce.
    1. Get a document signed by DocuSign.
    2. Open the document in Adobe sign-in, and then the original signature gets disappeared.

  17. I would love to see refresh button to check for recently signed documents/agreements. I find the delay can be lengthily and often even require me to exit the application and reopen in order for Adobe to register a newly signed document/agreement. Most often I have to retrieve the signed document from my email after not being able to retrieve it within the Adobe PC application, due to the delay in the application recognizing the newly signed document.

  18. On the “Create a New Report” page, when the “Filter by Workflow” option is selected, the list view of the workflows does not show the full workflow name.
    This makes it hard to select the correct workflow since some of our workflows have the word DEV at the very end so I know which ones are out test forms versus our live forms.
    It would also be helpful if these workflows were listed in ABC order.

    On the “Custom Workflows” page, I have a similar issue with the Workflow Title not showing enough characters.

  19. I have documents with sensitive information that need signature. I do not want the signed document to be sent to the receiver once it is signed because I do not want their sensitive information sitting in their email for potential hackers. Why does this take a support call to have you disable the feature from the backend? This should be a preference for the users in their account settings.

    Secondly, I still want a copy of the signed document with the audit report as the last page. Yet, once this feature is disabled, I can no longer receive a copy.…
