  1. Signing PDFs with image files (handwriting) should accept vector files, not only raster files. File size is smaller, quality is better, and Adobe produces software for appearance-aware designers, right?

  2. In Adobe Sign, when you delete a field it will automatically go the next field and that field will be transparent. But that is the only way to make a field transparent. Please allow an option to make a field transparent without having to delete anything as it makes it MUCH easier to line up fields.

  3. A huge issue would be resolved if users could create (and save) their own "Signature Blocks" for documents requiring execution, like contracts, using the options already provided by Adobe (ex. mine would include signature, title, date, name) and each has to be "dragged: into the document every single time. For me, each contract is unique so "Forms" is not an option to solve for this.

  4. we are using okta SSO from domain joined devices. This auto identifys the user that is logged and signs them in. it dose not even look at the Email Address that is entered..i can login using this in the Email Address box

  5. A way from the adobe admin console to default the Profile picture for all users will use.

    This is for the profile that appears on the login screen right top corner of the Admin Console, Adobe Acrobat Pro....

  6. Currently there are no administrative consoles and/or scripts to force users to log out of Adobe Acrobat. This is needed for when companies switch iDPs. Users don't read their emails when instructed to manually log out/in which is prohibiting us from being able to decommission the legacy IDP.

  7. 1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.

After sending a request for e-signature, there is no provision to edit a wrongly entered email address especially if the document is to be signed by many people and the wrong address is in the middle of the signing order. Attempts to edit are thwarted by the restriction of "this document has been signed and cannot be edited"! If the document is still being e-signed and not completed, editing should be allowed and if a signed member's signature has been interfered with, then a notification should be sent to that member to verify before the document is finalized. After signing the document for all, the system shows the message "Document was updated after signing”, But the message "Document was updated after signing" is confuse, there has been no change in document, the annotation is created by AdobeSign itself. But with this message our partners are questioning, how can a document be changed after signature. Is it possible change or alter this message for "Document was uploaded after signing"?

  11. On large documents that need to be signed on every page it seems crazy that we have to go through one page at a time to add the signature request box. Surely there is a way to add one signature request box and then right click on that box and select "Add to every page".

  13. Hi, I'm Milagros from Uruguay. I am currently starting the procedures to be able to hire Adobe Sign. But to do that, I need my contract with Adobe to meet certain requirements. One of them is that it has the ISO 27001, ISO 27017 certification or have applied for CSA STAR Level 1. This requirement is already covered. However, the second requirement is that there should be a contractually specified service level agreement (SLA) of at least 99.9% availability and that includes penalties for non-compliance.   14. We want to turn off the automatic audit report page that is sent in the email from Adobe notifying that the document was "Signed and Filed!". We never use this page and have to click "view the document" to get the document without it. Adobe support said the audit page is attached by default and cannot be turned off. We use it to sign documents which don't need an audit page and want to be able to forward the signed document without loggin into Adobe to get the version without the audit page.   15. The "every business day" reminder is too aggressive, and the "every other day" reminder annoys people also during their weekends.

    I think we need an "every other business day" reminder to avoid the above-mentioned issues.

  16. It is important to be able to manage the principle of the double signature of the legal representatives. Recipient Group should have an attribute on the minimum number of signers needed to consider the signing step fulfilled. Example: in a group of 6 legal representatives, at least 2 must sign. If I use 2 Recipient Groups with the same components, they all receive 2 emails from the system and the same person can sign the document twice (this is a problem to be solved)

  17. When opening a workflow the first section you see is the "How this workflow works" section; however this is collapsed by default. Given that the sole purpose of this information is to instruct the user on how they should use the workflow it would be more appropriate for this to be expanded as default and to be more prominent on the page with the ability to collapse if they wish. As it stands at the moment it is very easy to miss.

  20. Still requesting the addition of my time zone in the user profile settings... at present, the time zone for Newfoundland is not listing in the dropdown.
