Global e- signature laws for Uruguay
Hi, I'm Milagros from Uruguay. I am currently starting the procedures to be able to hire Adobe Sign. But to do that, I need my contract with Adobe to meet certain requirements. One of them is that it has the ISO 27001, ISO 27017 certification or have applied for CSA STAR Level 1. This requirement is already covered. However, the second requirement is that there should be a contractually specified service level agreement (SLA) of at least 99.9% availability and that includes penalties for non-compliance. E-signature - Need a setting to turn off the default Audit page for signed attachment in the email
We want to turn off the automatic audit report page that is sent in the email from Adobe notifying that the document was "Signed and Filed!". We never use this page and have to click "view the document" to get the document without it. Adobe support said the audit page is attached by default and cannot be turned off. We use it to sign documents which don't need an audit page and want to be able to forward the signed document without loggin into Adobe to get the version without the audit page. Every other *business* day reminder
The "every business day" reminder is too aggressive, and the "every other day" reminder annoys people also during their weekends.
I think we need an "every other business day" reminder to avoid the above-mentioned issues.

Minimum number of signers in the Recipient Group
It is important to be able to manage the principle of the double signature of the legal representatives. Recipient Group should have an attribute on the minimum number of signers needed to consider the signing step fulfilled. Example: in a group of 6 legal representatives, at least 2 must sign. If I use 2 Recipient Groups with the same components, they all receive 2 emails from the system and the same person can sign the document twice (this is a problem to be solved)

Expansion of the "How this workflow works" section when using workflows
When opening a workflow the first section you see is the "How this workflow works" section; however this is collapsed by default. Given that the sole purpose of this information is to instruct the user on how they should use the workflow it would be more appropriate for this to be expanded as default and to be more prominent on the page with the ability to collapse if they wish. As it stands at the moment it is very easy to miss.

Ability to change time zone
Currently in Adobe Pro it is not possible to change the default time zone of GMT for e-sign. Would like to be able to change this setting to EST.

Newfoundland Time Zone
Still requesting the addition of my time zone in the user profile settings... at present, the time zone for Newfoundland is not listing in the dropdown.
We need this for filing both corporate and personal tax returns.

Add option to change the default "sign in order"
There needs to be an option to change the default option from "sign in order" to "sign in any order".
In our operational workflows we never use the sign in order function and have to constantly change it before sending out a request for signatures. If this step is missed we have to resend the entire document as it is not allowed to be edited after the fact. This is fine but give us the option to make "complete in any order" by default.

AdobeSign message if you exit document without completing your signature
When a signatory is asked to sign via AdobeSign, I have found that they often exit the program without actually signing the document (we often need signatures from people who can be a bit technophobic!)
I think there are three tweaks that would help prevent this:
1) that the flags would stay in the document until the are acted upon (at present, they seem to disappear within a few seconds)
2) that if a signatory tries to exit the program, a pop-up message could say, do you wish to really exit with signing? the signatory could confirm yes or no

BioPharma compatability with Bulk Send in Adobe Sign
Bulk Send Identity Verification method not compatible with BioPharma settings enabled. Neither Acrobat Sign nor Phone authentication methods are allowed for Send in Bulk feature making it incompatible with BioPharma settings enabled. I cannot bulk send and also be Part 11 compliant with Adobe Sign. Please add this feature; it would make creating training records for my company much much easier.

Adobe Sign Workflow Designer Recipient List
I updated a workflow to shorten the list of signers. All of the existing workflows that were in progress broke due to this change - signers were not able to open and the workflows could not be completed. Our users had to cancel all workflows and start over again. The workflow designer should have a note to caution against changing the list of recipients for existing workflows. Or "in progress workflows" should follow the recipient list at the time the workflow was kicked off. Any new workflows will follow the new recipient list. This feature needs to be redesigned as…

Edit text on template
When I want to change text on an existing template I currently have to upload a new template and start from scratch to add fields, etc. It would be very helpful to be able to edit existing text on the template, similar to Adobe Acrobat.

Adobe Sign - field character limit
Form fields should have character limits. When a user types characters into a field, Adobe Sign allows unlimited characters. When the document is saved and sent for further signatures, the text is truncated and not visible to the next signer. If you place a character limit on the fields this would alleviate the problem.

Allow sending delay delivery for Adobe Sign
Delay delivery of documents would be a big value add for Adobe Sign. Presently, the only solution is to create documents in advance and save them to your Drafts. This is not a great solution and still creates the need to go to Drafts on the day/time you wish to send to push out the agreement instead of having it automatically delivered at a pre-selected day/time.

Allow sending from Adobe Sign Drafts
Would like to have the ability to send agreements which have been curated directly from the Drafts within Manage documents. Currently, if you need to send an agreement from your Drafts you need to go through the "Edit Agreement" functionality, which when you have more than just a few agreements can be time-consuming.

ADOBE caption to be rephrased "Enter your first name and the last name"
Our API expects a signature made of first name & last name.
ADOBE signature caption mentions "Enter your name" only. This causes a confusion for some of our esteemed customers in whether or not the full name (comprising first name and last/family name) is to be provided.
We need the caption presented by Adobe to clearly mention "Enter Your First and Last Name", instead of "Enter Your Name".
Providing the attachment for clarity's sake.
