  1. After a recent update documents that our firm sends for signing are now editable by the recipient when signed via a browser add-in.

If the document is downloaded and signed within the desktop app it is not editable (only the signature panel is available).

Furthermore, if edits are made and then the document signed we are not notified of changes on the summary page.

I hope an update will be posted soon.

  2. REF: E-000498370

I have discussed this ticket with Tech Support - when doing a GigaSign Bulk Download, all signed documents are downloaded in a chronological order and no option is available to batch or group these files in an organized fashion. The tech support agent advised me that the bulk sign tool did not have this level of customization for Gigasign or Megasign documents.

  3. I have a PDF that conforms to the 1.6 pdf standard. The pdf contains 4 links that link to other pages within the same document. When the document is uploaded to Adobe Sign and sent for signature and re-downloaded, there are 2 problems with it:

    1. The number of annotation links is doubled.
    2. The initial links are all broken.

I have attached a copy of the original document and the document after its uploaded to adobe sign and sent for signature.

    Repro Steps:
    1. Open "Initial.pdf" and use the "request a signature" menu to send it to Adobe Sign.
    2. Send…

  4. I needed a form completed/signed by multiple people. Now I have about 300 completed/signed forms, but I cannot download all or even select multiple forms to download. This easily added feature would make things easier because now I have to download each signed form, 1 by 1.

    Thank You.

  5. When assigning a co-signer to a web-form, the co-signer should receive an email notifying that the document is awaiting their signature. At the moment, co-signers can't be notified so documents are missed.

  6. Using templates is an extreme time saver. However, you should be able to edit the template text before sending for signature. Adding things like pertinent dates and names to documents is essential.
If this feature were available, I'd be able to use 20 templates opposed to the current 5 that don't need to be edited first.

  7. I have a pdf with two (or more) layers, let's say they are for different language versions of the same document. I want to send those for review, approval and signing to a group of people. When I do that today using Acrobat Pro DC -> E-Sign -> Request Signatures, the document is flattened before the reviewers get to see it. I'd like for them to be able to select layers and approve and sign once they've checked them all.

  8. The range of Top Level Domains (TLDs) is ever increasing. You appear to have validation in Adobe Sign that prevents a xx@yy.training address from being accepted. This is surely shortsighted and should be resolved.

  9. On https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/signatures, I attempted to reassign an email incorrectly sent to [name]@[address].com, which should have been sent to [name]@[address].co, but I was unable to do so. I believe the data validation for URLs or at least TLDs is matching partial strings, rather than exact matches, causing this behavior.

    Steps to reproduce:
Assign document to email of format [name]@[address].com
    Send for signature
Click 'Replace recipient' and enter email of format [name]@[address].co
    Click Confirm

    Environment:
    Mac OS 12.0.1, Chrome 99.0.4844.51

    Expected result:
The document signature fields are reassigned to the correct email address.

    Instead got:
Error message that was something like…

  10. Sometimes when setting up the recipients an error is made in Approver type and if you back out to the first entry screen you cannot change the approver type, you have to start the whole form again. This is frustrating if there are multiple signers.

  11. Allow the user to enter an expiration date that will track the life of the agreement after all signers have signed. I want to track when all of my contracts end.Right now i have to catalogue the dates in a separate system.

Next allow access to this date from the API

  12. It would be very helpful if templates created in Adobe Sign could be organized into folders. This would make the template library much more user friendly, efficient, and accessible.

  13. It seems impossible to further edit on Fill & Sign Mobile App. an entry in a document that was entered using the Fill & Sign tool in Acrobat Reader on a PC. As an example, I used the Fill &Sign tool in Acrobat Reader on my PC to enter a set of initial data into my document. A day later, I would like to modify one of those data entries using the Fill & Sign Mobile App., but this seemed impossible. Such a feature will be very useful to those who need to further edit a document while being away…

  14. If a recipient of a requested signature rejects the document, then the canceled document is sent back to me on behalf of the sender. However, this leads to a positive result in our SPAM detection and the mail ends up in the SPAM folder. However, the actual sender of the mail is not the recipient but adobesign@adobesign.com.
Since there are more and more phishing mails on the way in these days, Adobe should not be detected as a false sender here as well.
Sending in the name of another person should be avoided.

  16. It should be possible for a TEAM manager to see the status of signature requests / access signed documents for all team members. If a Team member goes on vacation, there is no way to see the status of a signature request or retrieve the signed document until they return.

  17. When sending to individuals you're able to select a document, which you then indicate the form fields to fill, or you can select a template. which you have already done this for. However when you purchase an enhanced version of Adobe Sign in order to use "Send in Bulk," you are unable to use a template and only able to select a document, which then requires you to designate the required fields via the same process you created the template with. Please make templates available for "Send in Bulk"

  18. When I use the "fill and sign" feature and upload several documents at the same time to sing them, they get renamed like this: "XX (part 1)", "XX (part 2)" etc, so I have to rename each of them afterwards!! This is so time consuming! There needs to be a way to avoid this, so when several documents are uploaded and signed, each one retains its original name. In my company we sing hundreds of documents each morning, and having to rename each of them is ridiculous.

  19. There are many institutions that want to use AdobeSign, but are wondering how to track the number of transactions purchased by each department. If we were able to set a transaction limit within the group this would be very beneficial. The same idea is already in place for Adobe Stock with the credits.

  20. The included reports to signed documents are in Letter size. Half the world is using ISO A4 format instead, please make the option to select the A4. When the report is attached to A4 documents, printers crop or deform it, when printed.
