  1. I have just installed Adobe on a new PC and it no longer fills in the subject line in my EMail.

    This is most frustrating as all the previous versions of Adobe Reader that i have used have done this automatically, with the name of the File I'm sending.

    Filling in the subject line in a 100 plus Accounts Emails is a non trivial exercise, as i use the Subject line as a sorting mechanism and it needs to be entered identically every time for each client.

  2. It seems there is only one place you can add the email addresses of signers while creating the form. Once past the "add signers" field you cannot go back, say if you forgot someone. This is frustrating and time wasting as you have to start all over again if you make a mistake or miss someone.

  3. I need several people to sign a release form. I'd like to put the email addresses (there are 38 in this example) in and have Adobe Sign send a form to each recipient. THIS IS NOT MULTIPLE SIGNATURES ON ONE FORM. It is ONE signature on ONE form sent to MANY people.

  4. Recent changes have altered the format completely. We loved the old format and now it appears "messy" and more complicated. Would like it to go back to the way it was.

  6. Using the iOS app Adobe Fill & Sign it is impossible to change the name of the file. I hate that my original is forever ruined because you don’t ask me how I want to save the newly filled out file. Please fix app to ALLOW file name change & KEEP ORIGINALS UNALTERED.

  8. This is now the worst feature b/c it does not work consistently. I have to close each time I want to sign. Now I just print and sign it's easier than using your signature non feature.

    Hello!

    I have a Mac (10.14.3) and suddenly I can't sign PDFs. When I press the "Sign' tab, the drop down options appear (see image 1)--but when I select 'Add Signature' the entire window turns dark gray (image 2) and the only way, I can get out of this mode is to press the 'Escape' key on my keyboard.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

  10. After adding my own signature and then selecting the option to send to others, I include email address and my message and then click to designate the signature fields. The document reaches 60% and then says there has been an error.

  11. Every single day on login to my Windows 10 laptop I get 3 - 6 "Document was E-signed" notifications.

    These notifications are not related to a new file as the document was signed over a month ago.

    I am using V 2019-010-20069 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Please let me know how to correct these persistent notifications or fix the bug that is causing.

  13. Enterprise accounts should be able to increase the "time out" time period for Shared Device Licenses from 90 minutes to 1 day or until logout/login. There should be more customizability within the Shared Device License apps so that it is not bugging you every 90 minutes to make sure you are still the same person you were 90 min ago. If it reset every time the computer was logged out, restarted, or even customized to give a specified time until it rechecks, that would make more sense and be much more user friendly. The verification of "Is this still you"…

  14. In the recent update to Adobe Sign, you folks have added a "simplified version" where you click to make the field appear (where the signer would sign).

    My suggestion is to make this feature a click and drag OR a click. As it is right now, when you click, you get the same sized box every single time no matter how large the field you're placing it in is. If you were able to click and drag to place the boxes, you could custom size it to each field.

  17. It would be really nice to be able to customize the message that automatically populates when sending a document for signature. Instead of it saying "Please review and complete this document," we would like to change it to be the message we paste in every time.

  18. New format of listing documents that have been sent for e-sign is LESS functional than former Dashboard features. Documents were categorized by status; you could easily see to whom documents were sent and if they were viewed; you could quickly access functions for reminders. New design is not workable for business people who send lots of e-sign documents.

  19. I have a prepared form that has calculated cells whose format is set to "number, 2 decimal places and with the $currency symbol." So in the form it displays, for example, $1,234.00. When the form is filled out and I click "Adobe Sign" and enter the recipients name it uploads the form but then strips off all the cell formatting so that the cell displays 1234 instead of $1,234.00. I have attached the form in the 3 different stages. Original which looks correct, Sent after it was uploaded to adobe sign, and signed after I get it back.

  20. Comment field for signer/approver and/or email button attached to document to email comment or questions regarding received document.

    In some cases, the signer or approver may have questions about the document prior to signing it. Instead of having to deny the document, the signer/approver should be able to submit a comment when signing or submit a question to the sender prior to signing.
