Password Authentication for Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign has a major flaw. The product allows you select Password Authentication to require signers to enter a password before signing, but once signed, the signer no longer has to enter a password to access the signed document. This is a major security flaw. If I am having a signer sign something with personal identifiable information, the signer should have to enter a password both when they sign the document and attempt to view it later. Have signature / initial field in footer
Allow user to put the signature / initial in a footer. We generate tenancy agreements and every time I have to put in initial / signature fields for the documents. It takes a long time to place the fields for 4 signatories and 30 pages. If allowed to put in the footer it would be great time saver. 30 pages could have initial fields placed in a jiffy.

Not able to navigate to the esign dashboard, unless you know the links. Got trapped in the sales pages instead of getting to my account

Document not opening
Document I want to sign is not opening (Page is showing as opening but does not) due to a table format in the document. If I remove the table the document opens and I am able to sign.

Adobe Sign Cannot Send Docs 8/18/17
Adobe Sign is not working 8/18/17 for sending any documents. We have tried sending from multiple accounts and a variety of different documents. We have tried using the workflows and just the Send button. It gives back this message: Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed. Please let me know you need more information.

Can't search for documents in Google drive when adding a contract to Adobe Sign
When I use the Google Drive File Picker in Adobe Sign and trying to search, the result is always blank. The same search in Google Drive shows the files I'm looking for.
macOS 10.12.6 using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90.
The problem occurs on different adobe sign accounts and different laptops.2 votesWe apologise for the issue you are facing. We need some more information from you to be able to investigate this further:
1. Do you see a completely blank file picker dialog? Or you see the file list but search returns 0 results in Google Drive files?
2. Can you please try quitting all Chrome browser instances (check that no Chrome instance is running in activity monitor) and then re-try?

Signature not synced
Signature Created in Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App is not available in Desktop Version of Acrobat. Signatures are not getting synced. Even though the Adobe ID is same.
3 votesWe apologise for the issue you are facing. We are however not able to reproduce it.
Can you please try the following steps and let us know your results:
1. On Desktop, sign out from Reader/Acrobat
2. On Mobile, sign in with your Adobe id, create a signature/initials and wait for sometime (for signature to sync). Try to sign a simple PDF document
3. On Desktop, launch Reader/Acrobat, sign in now, open a PDF and go to Fill &Sign app. Open a simple PDF and try to add signature/initials now. Do you still not see the signature created on mobile? Please let us knowThanks

Bounce Back/ Undelivered Report
We need the ability to generate a report that shows agreement sends that are not delivered or have bounced back. This report needs to have date ranges, so the user can pull more than just a few days of activity at a time.

Adobe Sign - add a feature to allow the recipient to view multiple attachments
you can send multiple attachments through adobe sign however the recipient receives the docs as one merged file. It would be helpful to allow the recipient to view the docs the way they were sent; as separate attachments.

where cc is loaded on a particular machine, why does opening adobe acrobat dc not automatically sign you in, when cc is signed in??
Adobe cc fails to sign in at startup, but when it is signed in opening an adobe dc attachment still fails to sign in to use signature.
Windows 10 pro (64 bit) running on a dell xps 15" 4k screen 2017 laptop.

After you have signed-in in CC and launch Acrobat, you need to wait for a few seconds before the signing-in process completes in Acrobat.

1. Are you working in Acrobat/Reader?
2. Do you want an option to remove watermarks from an un-signed PDF document or from a signed PDF?

I want the old Dashboard back
This new "cloud" is so horrible I don't even know where to begin. Seriously considering cancelling services. Dashboard is useless if it doesn't show who you are waiting for it to be signed by. Why does it keep defaulting back to NO FILTER after I set the filter to Waiting For Signature. There is no progress with this update at all.

I hate being prompted to log in to Acrobat every time I use it to view/edit my documents
A few days ago I began receiving an Acrobat sign-in prompt every time I access one of my Adobe documents. There is no way to make this go away and I have absolutely no interest in ever logging in. The result is that I waste vast amounts of my life saying NO to the login prompt and then having to face it again the next day and the next. I may have to switch to another PDF editor that doesn't torture me this way.

Creative Cloud
Low internet connections compromise the efficient use of applications. Can you allow a connection to CC each time we open applications to approve our user licenses and then log off to work offline? I'm experiencing fixed bugs between InDesign and Acrobat DC 2019 when exporting to PDF from InDesign and abnormal work delays in InDesign. Uninstalling applications and reinstalling them as suggested by your customer service does not change the problem. This suggestion is a waste of time.

Hi, I'm sorry if this section is intended for new ideas or requests but signing in to my adobe account is very frustrating and I have to sign in to my company account every now and then if I need to edit or sign a PDF document, please advise/support.

Remove 5mb transaction limit for SharePoint
Please remove the transaction limit for SharePoint. Documents that have to be signed often are larger than 5mb and we don't want to place the documents outside of SharePoint, because that is our single storage point.

Format of document cloud
Document cloud format update
This week Adobe updated many features of Adobe Acrobat Pro but actually made this feature worse. Previously the documents were categorised in to out for signature, signed and cancelled. Now their all mixed up and I don't like it. Someone please contact me with instructions on how to use the old format.

Please add Recipients Back to the Dashboard.
When I see a list of my recent documents in the main dashboard now, it doesn't show who I sent a document to. As a result, I might have five forms with the same name, let's say it's called "CONTRACT" - but I have to click into each one before it shows me who sent it.

Unable to send for signature
Was working fine, now consistent error message, see attachment. Signing in and out did not work. I need this to work NOW, I purchased this for this specific tool.
